today i will get dressed before lunch |
my goal this morning: get showered and dressed before it's time for lunch.
as a reward, i'll go out and have some good japanese noodles for lunch.

Small, doable goals with quick rewards are the way to go I've heard.
Sometimes it works for me if I find something small enough, and quick
enough. But sometimes, just think I am too small to start with. Hey! At
least you are trying to do something. Hang in there.

I would make such a goal, but first I'd have to make it a goal to eat
three times a day. That in and of itself seems like too much trouble
right now.

Three times a day? Far too much work... :)
I tend to eat dinner, with the possibility of a sandwich at lunch, and
that's about it... Not the best way to live, but does wonders for the waist

It's about 11 and I still haven't managed to shower. I've got enough
clothes on to go out, but I'd look shabby and like I just got out of
bed. I did shave in the shower last night though, so my face doesn't
make me look like a bum.

It's about 11 and I still haven't managed to shower. I've got enough

That's one advantage of a beard. Mind you, it shows if I don't brush it
- it gets all over the place. A shorter beard is lower maintenance.
