today is another 'i can't take it anymore' day |
It just is. i woke up and almost immediately felt down. it's not that
bad of a day, but it's still a day where i feel 'i can't take any more
of this *****'.

i tell myself, it'll pass, it'll pass. it always does. but yet, it
always comes back. bad feelings. bad days.
it's hard to see the positive in life.

sorry. sounds awful.
it will pass, hopefuly quickly, and then maybe you'll feel well
for longer than you expect. i certainly hope so.

it did pass thankfully.
i feel somewhat okay today, hope it lasts.
hope you are doing okay too, even though we know there will be
difficult days '__'
