I'm really cold. My toes are freezing and I can't feel them. I spent the
afternoon under my car fixing something and changing the oil in 25F
weather, and that's not counting the windchill.

A bath would probably have worked better, but I don't fit in the tub
very well. My legs are too long.

If I want to bathe, I'll have to clean the tub real good. I should do it
anyways. My daughter is getting a little big bathing in the sink.

If they still hurt, maybe soak your feet

soon.

Yeah, go for it. Not that I have a vote
or anything. But being out in those kind
of temps and getting a chill might bring
back your cold.

Geez, ouch. I've had my ankle stomped on, and it still isn't right, but
a forklift... ouch. We were dangerous with that forklift. I worked swing
shift and every night around 9pm when the boss was sure to be gone for
the night, we'd huff cleaner, throw bolts at each other, shoot the
nailguns, and race on pallet jacks and the forklift, but at the end of
the night, all the work that had to be done got done.

We built cat traps so when we came in the next day we could sit in the
office with a cat and flirt with the office chicks.

we could only flirt in the daytime ,
with the sales girls and the cashiers ,
they were pretty partying girls ,
they even kept up with us at the bar ,
there was even a few weddings come out of it

The ones that I worked with despised us unless we had a cat. The office
people hated the warehouse people, and then between the warehouse people
there was a feud between the daytime Mexicans and the swingshift white
people.

That'll be great. Cars always seem to
need work when it's cold. I think. I
used to be able to do some things on my
car when the engines were simpler. Not
anymore, though.

This wasn't anything to do with the engine. It was an electrical
problem, and why the brake light switch is located underneath the car is
a mystery to me.

Well it looks like the whole family is huddled on the couch, that
should help keep you warm. Slunky, did you wear socks at least out
there for so long cuz I know you didn't wear shoes.

I forgot the socks, and then I was too lazy to come back up and get
some. I did wear sandals, but that didn't help.
