Torrents are a last resort. Comcast likes to screw with them.

Torrents are a last resort. Comcast likes to screw with them.

What torrent client are you using? My download speed doubled when I
started using Transmission, but I don't know if they make that for
Windows. Just FreeBSD and Mac.

That's the one I used in Windows. There might be some faster ones.
BitLord is good because you can download files out of a set instead of
the whole torrent, and it doesn't use a lot of memory.

I don't mind it really. I just select what I want and go do something else,
it's not so bad it took about 2 hours I guess for 400mb download.

I get everything I can off of Usenet. Then a 400MB file downloads in a
couple minutes.
