Object: triumph of the will
will today be the day that my will triumphs over depression and anxiety?
on my "up" days, i sometimes fell invincible, like nothing can succeed
in keeping me depressed or anxious.

You sound a lot like me. Every day feels sorta different, but usually
shitty. I have a good day once in a while, and I do feel invincible.
Maybe I'm bipolar, who knows.

yes. it seems to me that non-depressed people usually don't understand
depressed people, though.

I do, it sometimes helps

yes. it seems to me that non-depressed people usually don't understand
depressed people, though.

the real total bummer is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of
recovered depressives who can talk about their recovery
