I have been a little depressed tonight. I ordered a pizza and I felt a real
heavy feeling, and it made me feel angry. I hate it when this happens and
think it is personal. It reminded me of when I was in high school, it was
awful. Going to another school helped emensely. I imagine being in this
newsgroup is not helping matters that much, however things will improve with
some time. Usually this passes pretty quickly. I have had some thoughts of
self-harm, although it has not happened with me.

Yeah, I sometimes feel a bit like that when not wanting to
do anything, let alone prepare food for myself.

Things will be better in the morning, after a good sleep, it takes
time, and I know you will be o.k.
Can you go out tomorrow into the sunshine, and do something? Plan

There was a time before even you were here, and certainly before David
began his see-saw here. Right now, you're just being typically helpful.
I wish I knew what was going on with David right now, as I can't recall
him behaving like this before. Of course, I can't remember an awful lot
of things these days.

Ok. That will last me a few days. Although, with one of the pills I take
I get the unpleasant side effect of getting sores on my tongue when I
eat chips or toast.
