Voices are bad this morning |
Am having difficulty with the voices again, they are bad, wish that
things could improve some. have been emailing someone in alt.privacy
spyware that I think may be an acquaintence. I feel as though I am
faced with unusual circumstances right now and don't have means of
getting help, accept for asd. Maybe I should take some extra
medication. Voices keep saying things like "David, I'm warning you".
"Keep that mouth shut of yours, etc". Don't really need to be in the
hospital, but definitely need to be more comfortable, without the need
to quit caffiene.

It doesn't sound like the treatment you are receiving is very effective?

I don't think there is a simple treatment for psychotic depression.

Sorry to hear you're having difficulty
this morning, David, and I'd suggest you
rethink quitting caffeine. It certainly
helped me to be more comfortable when I
did. Some of your meds may make you feel
tired -- but, without amping up on the
caf, you might be able to take less of
the drugs that help calm you down. Maybe.
