It's gone up 5 degrees F here in the past hour to 65. Glad we
had most of the windows closed last night, as it was in the 40's
F. It'll be awhile before we really need heat, and then it'll
probably be a small fire to take the chill off. Hopefully, we
won't need the furnace until mid-October.

We still need AC here, too hot, and our gas and electric bill is

Sounds crazy. I know that Long Island temperature was 70f this
morning when we were still at 60. It couldn't have been cold
enough to need heat. And you'll be complaining that there isn't
any heat next winter, I bet. Your landlord's nuts.
