I have been doing ok. Have started my first day back on Tegretol, it is
going well, although I am kind of tired. I walked to the store to get some
diet pop, and had some trouble on the way there, but nothing eventful. I am
trying to be individual, although it is hard to have my own thoughts and
feelings. I have been been working on my computer as usual, a little
agitated but am getting by ok. Voices are encouraging self destruction. Hope
that today finds you well.
