Object: went to the wine shop
Not the usual one where I buy my cheap bottle, but the fancy one with a
really cool Italian guy running it. He understands well my desire for sub
$10 wines. I can basically go in there, tell him what I'm looking to spend
and what I'm eating it with.
He even suggested a great wine the other day...told him I was gonna be
having some kickass local pizza and spicing it up with Indian peppers. He
chose a winner.
The next bottle he says to use with seafood. Perhaps shrimp tomorrow night
or Sat.
Tonight though, it's snowing, it's been a long week I'm LAZY. Unless my
friends really bug the hell out of me to leave the house I'm staying it. I'm
not driving in this crapola either. The first couple snowfalls you have to
deal with the non-natives who either drive way too fast or think snow has a
speed limit of 5mph.

We got a simple pepperoni, then came home and threw on some of our own
fresh veggies and into the oven for a little bit more.

Oh, we went with the one that was recommended for spicy and threw a bunch of
freshly ground Indian peppers. It was really good, I think because the pizza
had so much spice and it was a nice full wine.
