Object: What affects me
I have recently become aware that I am not good at foreseeing what in
life affects me emotionally and in which form. I am sort of a blind bloke
traveling through life bumping his way around. It is difficult to live
like that when other people just picturing in their minds what a scenario
would affect them can decide if they commit in certain way of action or
not. I suffer unnecessarily on account of the lack of one skill that I
should have like anyone else. I'm an emotional dumb.

Do you mean I am wrong supposing everybody knows how familiar scenarios
would affect them?

nope i don't mean any such thing ,
i'm just saying i like the non predictable things ,
and i think most things are , of course you can ,
plan for expected outcomes but that doesn't mean ,

For example, something happened yesterday which affects me enormously and
which was going to be a big change in my life. I didn't see it as a
tantamount event yesterday, but when today everything went to normal, all
my ailments disappeared and I even stopped perspiring on account of the
mild hot temperatures here. That's what I mean.

Exactly, if I had known what happened yesterday was giving me the pangs
of anguish, I would have done more to prevent it. The way it happened I
was just lucky.

You aren't alone. Realizing you don't know is a help,
in a way. Well, sometimes.

Yes, realizing helps a lot, to my mind. In such a way, you can always
say: "what if this is affecting me". But not knowing what exactly is
bothering in your life is a pain in the neck.
