Object: whatever it was it's lessening
now I hope. too early for the mid-day decline.
let's hope it lasts for more than a few minutes.
whatever the pdoc says, Prozac (fluoxetine) does
not energize me. it just doesn't. mitigates and
even eliminates the wretched attacks of worthlessness
but no energy.

Prozac didn't energize me either. I was on it for 2-3 years. What it did
do was give me the shakes (tremors) and make it difficult to get enough
sleep. I was still tired all the time.
I switched to Wellbutrin and added Ambien and that is now working better for
me.

Mine pdoc says 2 excersise. If I was motivated enough 2 exersise. 4 me,
I think its exersise @ work. My therapist told me Sat. that that sort
of exersise isn't the same. It doesnt release stress she says. I work
10hrs, 7 days. I am not motivated b4 or after my shift to really
exercise. I did join a gym. I'm going 2 @ least get there twice a wk.
If you ever come across a pill that will motivate you let me know k? ;)

I remember knowing that I used to have energy.

Oh it does some things, but not energizing. Neither did ZZZoloft
(Zoloft) or Lexapro (that one was nasty)
Wellbutrin did nothing at all, alas.

Funny how different drugs affect different people. On Zoloft, I didn't
sleep for 3 days. I was so jacked up I couldn't stand it. SSRI's do
that to Bipolars.
Hope you feel better soon, C.

Interesting, the same effects I had with Zoloft and Wellbutrin.
Prozac or the generic puts a floor on how down I get, but I didn't get
the stimulation effect either.
