What's depression like? |
What's it like being depressed?
Well, what's it like never being invited to a Christmas Party, where there's
loud music, cheer, merriment and silliness, and across the room a sexy hot
curvy flirtatious woman, who licks her glass, vertically, as her fixed gaze
makes all time stop. I look away and back again, she disappears, but in her
place, stands my wife, because I'm married, and have three screaming kids,
who stay awake late, during the normal humping hours, when I practice
fantasies of this woman, on my wife, who lays there like a log. That's
depression.

for some, depression is not having a family to share christmas with, and
having a husband who fantasizes about another woman rather than paying
attention to his loving wife.
for some, it is living the fantasy that will never come true.
for some, it is being too poor to afford a christmas tree, never mind
presents for the kids.
for some, it is being completely alone, without a friend in the world, when
merriment can be heard all around.
for some, it is being stuck in a dead-end job, with no future and no
prospect of change.

Like a giant hand that is pushing you down, suffocating you. The harder you
try to rise the more it pushes you down. Gripping you, strangling you,
plunging you into darkness, pushing you deeper and deeper into a place you
dont want to go, but there is no choice because it just keeps pushing you
further and further.
