Object: When I lived in Maine...
my friends (yes, I actually had friends at one time in my life) and I would
sometimes go into a field of green peas in the later summer right before
harvest and sit there in the light of the moon and eat peas right off the
vines and talk. I miss that.

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the
government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall
be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The
everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6

<ahem> whose peas? ;))
I agree there is nothing sweeter than peas from the vine - when I was a
child we had a vegetable garden and the peas and carrots often didn't get
as far as the kitchen.

I dunno who's field is was. But we tried to do minimum damage, we stayed
close to the edge of the field instead of tromping all through it and we
really didn't eat a whole lot of them. Though I'm not sure that would
matter to the farmer. :-)

I prefer to be called just by my nic here but the obsessed person (who calls
himself cardinal today) knows my real name so he will probably post it now.

Not any that I see in person any more except for my wife, of course.
