When the morning alarm goes off... |
(if you wake up by an alarm) do you turn it off and get up right away
or hit the snooze button and get a few more "z's"?
Lately my daughter keeps hitting it over and over and she's been late
in the mornings. So I started getting up early enough to make sure
she's up, but she really needs to learn on her own. I'm just debating
whether to advise her it's better for her to get up right away or that
she can hit her snooze, but only hitting it x number of times.

I don't often use an alarm, but it doesn't have a snooze button. If I
turn it off I can have an hour or two of well-deserved sleep.

I'm a lazy bugger and hit snooze for over two hours once. Every nine
bloody minutes it would go off but I couldn't switch it off cos I had
an appointment to go to and hitting snooze meant I still had every
intention of going (it made sense at the time). I didn't make it.

I hit it as many times as I can get away with.
I hate my job. I hate my life. I hate the

I hate the new pdoc who concluded that
I had exhausted all attempts at anti-depressants
and therefore should give thought to using
Lithium.
Today is the only day I have gotten up early
in weeks.
I have to go in early to look for some documents
I need.
I think ASD is a good place where I can

my alarm hardly ever goes off. i'm almost always up by then. when it
does go off, i get up right away because i have things timed too
closely to dawdle.

I usually just get up. If I'm really tired and have time, I'll
reset the alarm for ten or fifteen minutes later, then I have to
get up.
My alarm clock can be set whether or not to accept snooze. I
don't use it.
