Never really thought about it.
I hate wearing shoes, so usually sandles or bare feet
when not at work.
Prolly depends on their location on the floor as to
easier to get to first. Mind you I don't wear shoes
with laces, they are be boots with elastic sides.
That could be another topic to add to my list of things
concerning writing a book "ways of saving time and money".
Button up shirts can go in there, thinking about clothing...
Button fly trousers have to go too. Underwear can go as well
for climates where it is hot. Socks have to keep if wearing
shoes. Prolly a lot of other clothing items not needed in
warmer climates.
I have only pair I do with with laces are for funerals
marriages, or job interviews - actually all three
of those events I hate as much as the shoes :-p
Don't know about them, kept in a box - prolly left,
however can't remember the last time I wore them.

I had to go and put on my shoes to find out and now I don't know if
it's actually the left one first or because I thought about it too
much and affected the outcome.
