Object: WHEN YOUR DEPRESSION KICKS IN
does it make you more sensitive to cold
or does it make you feel the cold more ,
even though you know the temperature hasn't changed ?

i get colder, my circulation shuts down. icy hands and feet. i
turn up the thermostat in the bedroom and climb in bed under the
down quilt, even in warm weather. a doc told me i should wear
gloves whenever it's cool out, but i don't do it.

I feel cold more when the mood hits!
Speaking of moods, went to a doc today, and he wants me to try Cymbalta
(duloxetine), to see if my moods get little better then they have been.

Yes, I was freezing lastnight, and the furnace was turned up to the highest
setting. Today, I unplugged the answering machine and phones, so I dont
have to hear that ***** again.
