are you going to bake it? lemon pepper seasoning is good.
we're having Pizza Spaghetti Casserole. i've not made it before, but it was
in my current Southern Living magazine and it looks fabulous!

i just rubbed it with olive oil, ground ginger, garlic powder, and a dash
of almond extract. it is baking on a bed of whole garlic and onions.
i have no idea how it will taste. almond extract? is that going to be
yucky or yummy? i just kept tossing flavors in.

you were right about the almond. i wanted a kinda almond chicken. well
imitation extract is not the way to go.
the meat is okay no strange taste, but the juices at the bottom of the pan
suck. i'll just wrap up the chicken and toss out the pan drippings

almond extract would be good with an orange glaze, i'd think.
