Who's around this xmas? |
Just wondering, because many poster around the xmas period seem to just drop
off (they get preoccupied, bored etc...). I hope many will stay around. How
many posts/replies does one have to do per day (or week) to make himself
present in this ng? I don't want people wondering 'where did that franco guy
disappear?', not that anyone would care to ask that though, I know.

Hey, I'll probably drop in to see if anyone is having any trouble. I
don't observe the holidays.

There are no requirements here. Further, in the alt. hierarchy of
UseNet, anarchy reigns supreme. Finally, I did reply! :^)
Keep the faith... holidays or not.

As many or as few as you wish to post. Most regulars have at times in the
past taken little breaks where they don't read or post. And sometimes
people will let us know that they are gonna be gone for a bit too or stick
their head in once in while so we can see that they are ok. It's really up
to you though how comfortable you feel about posting and not posting and
taking breaks and all.

That's cool. Sometimes I like to stay in touch, it's just that I don't
have the emotional energy to write. That's the way it goes.

Yo, -oc-, wazzup? Gotta bring Spike to the vet for his shots in a few
minutes. I may ask for a few myself. Heh! Distemper would be good.

You're either a) really hurtin' for a shot, or b) that vet is one hot
hottie if you're looking for a fix there. :)

Same here. I try to let folks know I'm ok when I do that at least once in a
while but when I'm like that it's really hard to post.
