I had been diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorders 6 years
ago,then after a problem with this 1st doctor..I looked for another.I
went to this 2nd doctor who,after I explained about my mood swings,
saying cruel things to hurt my wife and those around me,he then had
me get blood work done,and my Lithium level was 0.4...he started me
on 1000mg of Lithium...37.5 mg of Paxil..and 1mg of Klonopin a day.
Now before I went to him..I was on the Klonopin..and 10mg of Paxil.
After a year and a half of seeing him..my wife had needed a doctor's
statement that I could not watch our 4 year old daughter for long
periods,as the meds weren't completely leveled out...so he sent her
a letter to use..stating all the medications I was on...and that I was
Bi-Polar..suffered a severe anxiety disorder..and was agraphobic(which
I didn't know I had..my wife found out before me)..and she got this
letter from him..without me signing a release of information!After
that..I was pretty *****..and he wanted me to go into the
hospital...I didn't want to go in...as I knew why there was still a
problem.My wife and I have been married for 4 years...she is not yet
a permanant resident of the US..and there were issues there,he would
not listen to me on.He then refused my meds..wouldn't call them
in,wouldn't let me come and get the prescriptions..I went off the
Paxil...Lithium..and Klonopin cold-turkey for 6 days until I got them
from an ER.At that time..I had been disoriented...actually got to a
point where I really wanted to hurt this SOB...so after that...I went
to another doctor...he took me off my Lithium..Klonopin..and just
25 mg of Paxil...he said he thought it was BS what the other doctor
said about me being Bi-Polar....how did he feel I wasn't..?He had
me look at a sheet with 10 questions on it...and the bloodwork hadn't
come back...and he could never find the blood work.Then I am tossed
out like garbage from them,because of a missed appointment.Now all
the whil I thought this slimebag of a human was a doctor..he was a
nurse practicioner!!!WTF!!? I have come to the conclusion that all
psychiatrist are money grubbing maggots...and they are doing very much
harm to people.With all the legal issue I felt this had...every lawyer
I have talked to...don't even want to go with it...they are another
breed that are crooks...lawyers suck...if it isn't a multi-million
dollar suit..they don't want to mess with it.But now because of all
this crap,my life is destroyed...and my wife has filed an I360 form
with INS..(a batterd spouse form to get her green card without me).
I have never even looked at her wrong..and this is a lie!!!No one
seems to be on my side....and the more it goes against me the more I
want to cause "Real" harm to those who have destroyed me.What am
I supposed to do??I guess I am seeing that it's ok to give out your
personal info without a sign of release...and deny meds....but if I do
something rash..I pay...so what kind of damn rights do I have anyway?
