Why does Timmy |

Constantly pester me and jump on my desk, but then once he's on my desk
he ducks his head like I'm going to smack him? I've never hit him once.
It's like he can't stay away from me but he's terrified of me at the
same time. Until I start scratching his back of course, then he's all
purrs and flying cat hair.
