Object: Woke up feeling strange
I woke up this morning in a strange mood, I can't get out of. I feel as
though I'm supposed to feel a morbid type of feeling. Usually it takes
awhile to get myself adjusted. The feeling usually passes after I wake up,
but during it seems so real. It's terrible.
I did well in the hospital the past few days, I am thinking about going to
partial to learn more tools that will be helpful in learning to combat the
illness. I hope that it works out well. I sometimes have a feeling that I'll
back out of it, maybe you could provide encouragement, that would be
helpful.
For example, now I hear a voice talking to me that seems very faint and hard
to detect, although everytime I reformat it sounds a little different then
the time before. It's odd, I keep thinking its a spyware program of some
kind. I hope that it gets out of here. Will keep you posted. Thanks, David.

How do you feel like you're supposed to feel morbid?

Waking up for me, can produce
a sudden feeling that I've fallen to the ground, and a total change
of thinking.
I think I've mentioned I sometimes go into a state of ramdom thoughts,
some good, some bad before deciding to fully wake up and get out
of bed.

In my half awake stage in the morning, I think stuff I didn't even
know
about - series of random unrelated thoughts, that change topic
rapidly.
I think I know what you mean - something like "hoi?!?! what - why
am I thinking this"?

I have a sleep disorder - plmd / rls. sometimes I hear the voice when I'm
completely awake and it can say really awful things that are intimidating.
This is one of the things I'd like to work on, developing learning tools
that I can use to help recognize it and cope with it, until it goes away. I
think this is possible. On the other hand, I wonder if its a text to speech
virus or something that comes over my fax modem speaker in my printer. In
any case, at least it won't be so overwhelming. I am sorry if I have
influenced anyone.
