Object: Yoga time
Time to stretch out our bodies ladies and gentlemen.
Let us now start with the Salutation of the Sun. Those of us with no
sun will have to fake it.
Now drop down to a seated angle pose, hold for 10 seconds.
Now lie on your back for the plough pose for 10 seconds then move
slowly into the shoulderstand pose. Hold..............................
Are you still holding?
foolio next time don't wear boxers please. Sheesh.
Into an upward bow pose now, hold hold hold hold hold hold.....
release.
Stand now and let's see a waist roll. Good!
Gradually drop into the downward facing dog pose.
% stop doing naughty things behind Luna! Get up here in the front
line. Hap, could you please keep an eye on him?
Drop to a seated position and let's go into the the shooting bow. You
should be feeling this in your hips and inner thighs.
Janithor the boxer shorts thing goes for you too.
Since you're clearing getting tired now we'll just move into the
Salutation of the Moon now.
Good job some of you. Most of you need to work on it a little harder.

The women were talking while I got a haircut last night about how yoga and
pilates have caused them to injury as they overstrech during the exercises.
One tweaked her back pretty thorough.

You have to ease into it slowly just like any exercise routine.
Pilates can be tough on the back, especially if you have weak
abdominal muscles.

I had never heard of pilates until I heard of the enormous budget that the
Olsen twins have for the gear or something similar...

You don't even need gear for Pilates so I don't know what they could
be spending money on unless it's $1000 mats or cute little workout
