this sleep thing is weird. all of sudden, i *can't*
keep my eyes open. scary in the car.

that happens to me now , i don't just get tired
anymore , i get like i was hit by a truck and it
comes on so fast , i go right from perky and happy to
gotta go to bed in like two minutes

i never use to be like that until i got diabetes after
that , sleep is real easy now

i've been doing it since i started on parnate. i don't
fall asleep at night now, but can't stay awake through a
whole day. it hits me at some time every day, i just can't
stay awake, all of a sudden. i'll even fall asleep sitting
up in a chair. makes long drives scary, cause i just have
to hope i can stay awake through them.

i use to have a really hard time sleeping and i woke up 4
or 5 times a night and i was like that for a really long
time maybe 30 years but when i started taking the
medication for diabetes now i sleep right through the whole
night and i average about 7 hours a night but if i do a lot
in the day then i can fall asleep anytime and like i said ,
i'll be doing something and not even feeling tired and then
... " * BAM ! * " i have to go lie down right then and i
nap for about 30 minutes , but i sure like the way it is
now compared to before , now when i wake up
i feel great , well rested and looking forward to whatever
the day might bring instead of dreading it so bad sometimes
i wouldn't even bother to get out of bed and there are lots
of other things i use to suffer with for years that have
gone away since i started taking diabetes meds , it makes
me wonder sometimes how long i went with diabetes
undetected , ok , that's enough , and shame on you Lisa
making % type all this much you're ruining my image
