Bill who wonders if alcohol has a similar structure.

Wiser would be to teach kids early that "hunger is good" so that they
would be less likely as adults to have in their hearts the world's lie
that "hunger is bad."
It is the latter that compels folks to overeat thereby acquiring VAT
which causes "prediabetes" (aka PCOS/IR/MetS):
