Horizontal line break not showing up |
I'm trying to add a horizontal line break. I have several of them on my page.
But I'm trying to add a new one, but though it shows up on Dreamweaver, when I
save the frame then upload it, it won't show up when I look at the page on my
browser. Why would this be happening, especially since I have other line breaks
that work fine? Thanks.

The page is www.folkusa.org. The line is between the Webring logo and the US Armed Forces image.
