iphone and movies |
Hi
I'm trying set up a site with video content which will cater for both iphone
users and mac/pc users.
I've been following the method used here:

Instructions for it are here:

However, I can't seem to get it to work when I test it on iphone. It
freezes/crashes or displays a page of text.
Here are my pages I'm testing it with:

When you click on the left hand image it takes you to....

If you're on a mac/pc the javascript in that file should point to kisa.mov
(this seems to work fine)
If you're on an iphone the javascript should point to main.mp4 (this is the
bit which doesn't work).
I know that iphone should be able to play that movie as I have the same mp4
file on another site where it plays fine being embedded in a page.

Further:
On iphone, if I try to navigate to www.rhythmsdelmundo.com/video/main.mp4 it
tells me that "Safari can't download this file"
If I go to www.flyingkiteskenya.org/main.mp4 Safari falls over and displays a
page of text.
However, if I go to
http://homepage.mac.com/qt4web/sunrisemeditations/amazingsunrisehi4.mp4 the vid
plays fine.
Could this be something to do with MIME settings on my host?
Anyone who has had the patience to read this far down gets my appreciation.
