Most of my Tables and text disappeared |
Hello to all,
I am having problems with my pages in dreamweaver... I fell in love with the
software but I am not an expert.
I have made templates for my pages and I am using ".asp" for my files. But
when I open certain files all of my content disapeared but then I go to page
properties and reload the encoading "Western European" the content is back
there again.
It is a pain to do this all the time do you guys have a solution? Any reason
why is it doing this?
I am using Dreamweaver MX 2004
If you need a snapshot and show you what happens I would be glad to email it.

I don't know if this would do it, but you should not have more than one
<body> tag. I'd run it through the validator first off. Also, you've
let Imageready write your code, apparently, and you have spaces in your
files names, which isn't a good idea, though it doesn't necessarily
break anything per se.
Once you've cleaned up your code, either your problem will be fixed or
it will be easier for someone to troubleshoot who is more expert than I.
