Object: Please HELP WITH FORM!
Hi everyone,
I am in serious need of help. I have posted on other formmail websites but
i'm not getting any help, figured I'd give old dreamweaver discussion forums a
last shot. I am BRAND new to forms but not to dreamweaver. I have developed a
form on my own on my website (www.bradracinophotography.com/Contact.html) but i
can NOT get it to work. After designating it as a form I have applied the
action of downloaded forms to it but nothing seems to work. When I do tests,
they say they are complete but I never receive an email (I have a yahoo email
address). I then tried a new form (NateMail.php) and that works even worse.
Once I create my OWN form, like I did, what must I do to the PHP files I
download to make them compatible? What am I doing wrong? I am actually willing
to pay someone to do this for me or teach me because it's driving me insane. I
just need this form to work. Please, please help. Thank you.

Also look at the forms on this demo site, they are dynamic and the content and
titles of fields can be edited

log in and click "New Client" also check "Manage Forms" and you can edit the
content, i am not a pro photographer, but your site needs forms like mine, and
i sure could use pictures like yours!

Are you following the instructions that are included with the formmail scripts? Have you contacted your host to see what scripts that have for formmail?

I would make a table with the 10-12 rows and 2 columns and put the text fields
in the right column and align it to the left, then put the text descriptions in
the left and align to the right, leave it with no backgroung color(default, or
make it white background) then put the whole table in another table that has a
background image like your pricing page(that looks good), look at the forms on
my site they are all white but the fields all line up, use tables with rows and
columns, borders and background colors or background images.

This is a demo and the forms are aligned and your page would look good with a
well structured form. It takes practice but think rows and columns.

I'd also suggest you redo the layout of the form page without layers. Did you notice what happens when the text is resized?

How do I make a page like that (with images and background and such) without layers?

Hi, I was just checking out the forum to see what's happening and came across
your plea for help. Forms are a challenge!
To make this contact page without layers, try nesting tables. I went to your
site to check it out and if you don't mind a bit of constructive criticism,
here goes! I have an old monitor and generally have firefox as a browser. Your
contact page was out of whack. The 'black' form and blue text is hard to read,
the text does not align properly and when I clicked on the 'home' link, came up
page not found.
If you would like me to take a screen shot and email it to you just say so.
