March 21, 2005
Complaint copies faxed & confirmed received:
(1) Rick Dinse, Chief of Police, Salt Lake City Police **
(2) Boyd Ferguson, SLC City Attorney's Office
(3) James Ashworth, Director, DSAMH, Utah Dept. of Human Services
(4) Paul Dalrymple, President, BOD, SLC Library System
(5) Nancy Tessman, Director, SLC Central Library
** Addendum filed with complaint showing recent post by Barbara Schwarz
threatening to have Scarff arrested if he came to Salt Lake City.
Scarff advised that the SLC Police are well aware of Ms. Schwarz, her
long history of mental illness & ill-concieved tactics, and street
officers would be advised if Schwarz initiated any false harassment
complaints against Scarff.
** Scarff also agreed, per scheduled visit in April with police, city
and library officials, and editors of Salt Lake City Tribune to be
accompanied by friend to videotape any verbal outbursts and misconduct
initiated by Schwarz. Scarff agrees to press criminal charges against
Schwarz for initiating any and all fraudulent actions.

Any silly legal filing that you submit to the police will be dismissed and
you, Garry Scarff, will have to pay the price for filing bogus and
maliciously filed police reports against Barbara. Do you know why that is

her. And I am a witness to the years of harassment you made against her.

Scarff does it is a felony under the law.

Ahem.... I do not hate you Barbara...never have. I do not even know
you. I do know that you are a mentally disturbed woman that is in need
of alot of therapy and that you have a history of lying and living in a
delusional world...but that is your business...you have nothing to fear
from anyone as long as you don't hurt anybody else....
Your problem is that you cannot exist without the need to attack me and
others on this newsgroup...maybe you should keep your hatred to
yourself and keep your mind open once in awhile...you may not agree
with others philosophically, but might just learn that your worst
critics might impart some useful wisdom once in awile.
Take Zinj aka Joe Lynn, for example. There is much that we don't agree
on and we are not friends, and he even has attacked me in the past, but
occasionally, I come across posts of his that show very good judgement,
clarity of ideas, and wisdom.
Of course, if you chose to remain angry and bitter, you will never see
it.
