Yea, and if Clinton was still in, he would be getting a B___Job in the oval
office while the twin towers fell.

Yea, and if Clinton was still in, he would be getting a B___Job in the
oval office while the twin towers fell.
Actually, I think Clinton would have acted on the intelligence that Bush
had at his disposal to prevent 9/11 from taking place. Then he would
have gotten a *****. A well-deserved blow-job...
Instead, we have Bush giving blowjobs to every oil exec and right-wing
whack-job that walks through the door of the Oval Office. And reading
to grade-school children while the towers are crashing to the ground.
And then hopping into Air Force One and darting all over the country
like a coward instead of going straight to Washington, like a real
leader would have done. But then, what would you expect from someone
who ditched the last 18 months of his military commitment?
So when are you guys going to give up invoking the name of Clinton every
time somebody raises an unpleasant fact about Bush's (snicker)
"presidency"?

I have often wondered if Clinton might have been able to keep 9/11 from
happening if the Republicans hadn't deliberately crippled his Presidency.
He certainly wanted to go after Bin Laden, but the Republicans'
carefully-orchestrated abuse of the courts and of the impeachment process
kept him so busy just trying to remain in office that he didn't have time
to run the country the way he wanted to.
Which, I am sure, is exactly what they wanted.

That's the problem with this country - voting is a matter of choosing the
least of two evils.
As a moderate I'm not exactly in love with either party, but lately the
Republican party strikes me as becoming downright dangerous to our
freedoms, not to mention a complete disaster to our economy. Whereas I
regard the Democrats as merely incompetent. So, I'll be voting Democrat
until the Republicans change their double-dealing ways.

Hell, Clinton already HAD a plan ready to go and handed it to the Bush
administration in the transition. The Bushies "studied" it while they
ignored the intelligence then agreed--in August--it was a good plan and
were *finally taking it to Bush.

Yep. But, of course, they still place all the blame at Clinton's feet,
like they do for everything else. And the sad part of it is that there are
so many people who buy every bit of that nonsense, and they vote...

The 21st month is 20 months after the 11th month.
Actually the 21st month would be 10 months after the 11th month;
furthermore, I'm posting from America, where the convention is to post
dates mm/dd/yy or mm/dd, so it's actually the 12th month, which is three
months after the ninth month. In Europe (and perhaps the rest of the
world?), the above should probably read "21/12/01, three months after
11/9"...

B.J. Clinton had no plan to go after Usame bin Laden. During
Clinton's tenure, the United States was attacked some eight times
by Islamic terrorist, and Clinton never made an decisive military
response. Clinton was afraid to fight terror.
During Clinton's time in office, Clinton paraded a string of
terrorist through the White House, like Gerry Adams and Yasser
Arafat.

Bill Clinton had several. The Saudis nixed one, the missiles "missed"
Bin Laden by as little as a few minutes in another plan (some claim
that sympathetic officials in Pakistan tipped him off) and the third,
which Bush used as a basis for the invasion of Afghanistan, was
already beyond the planning stages (and into deployment) by the time
Bush took office.
During Clinton's tenure, the United States was attacked some eight

Compared to Reagan or Bush senior, Clinton went Ballistic on the
terrorist. After all, there would be no Al Qaida -- or Bin Laden --
if the Republicans hadn't providing him with weapons, training and
an international organization for recruitment & finance.
Clinton was afraid to fight terror.
"Not allowed to by the Republican run congress," but you were close.

WTC and all traitor Bush did was to fight a phony war in Iraq.

Hey, little surfer chickenhawk, become a man - join the marines. I can be a

I remove belief.
Males upon reaching the age of 18 still have to register for the draft.
Because it isn't presently being used does not mean it doesn't exist and
can't be re-established in a couple of minutes.

Registration and actual drafting are two different things. One could
only be a draft dodger if the draft was active. The only thing a
person could do today is not register for selective service.

I think it would be more accurate to state not for the poor. IOW, the
rich never get drafted. Or they can join the NG, ala Bush II.
The rich of this country have no racial agenda when it comes to
sending people off to war just as long as it isn't their children.
