I wish to file a formal complaint against the individual, Barbara
Schwarz who has recently created a Geocities webpage which she
knowingly and deliberately libels another individual using a photocopy
of an alleged receipt for sexual items sent to her was a forgery sent
by a practical joker - though it has been established many times. Ms.
Schwarz is a known mental case - a Yahoo! search on this woman will
show that she has filed countless lawsuits against U.S. agencies
claiming conspiracies, including that she is the daugher of Dwight D.
Eisenhower - numerous court filings posted on the Internet reflect the
courts impression of her as a mentally unstable woman.
Someone sent Ms. Schwarz an anonymous receipt from Northern Virginia.
I received the same receipt as did several others. Ms. Schwarz was
informed repeatedly that a practical joke was being played on her -
she refused to acknowledge that choosing instead to smear the victim
in this case - Professor David Touretsky, a Carnegie-Melon teacher -
and to allege he sent a "pornographic letter" to her posting a picture
of the receipt.
Ms. Schwarz is wantonly committing TOS violations using Geocities as
an instrument. Please take the appropriate actions.

I received in the mail today a letter addressed to me from an unknown
source. It seems to be the same letter that Barbara Schwarz said she
received earlier. Inside was a photocopy of a shipping invoice listing
David Touretsky (with home address) as the one being billed. Attached
to the invoice were two photocopied pages showing various sizes of
dildos. The address to where the items were shipped is blank. It was
mailed from a post office in Northern Virginia.
From all appearances, it looks like a classic OSA-coordinated dead
agenting of David Touretsky. I know this because I was involved in
such ops against CAN members when I was working with OSA a decade ago.
I contacted JT's Stockroom in Silverlake (Los Angeles) and spoke with
a US Postal Inspector this morning about this obvious incident of mail
fraud. The USPS considers the situation serious because similar
letters have been mailed to other recepients across the U.S. In my
investigation, I found some interesting things about this letter:
1. I spoke with Adrian, the owner of JT's Stockroom who said, in a
search of his records, does not show ever billing or shipping items
from his store to Mr. Touretsky. Adrian also said that very rarely do
items get sent out where invoices do not provide a Bill To: ~ AND ~ a
Ship To: address. He said exceptions are made with local businesses
that contract with him to do custom work on leather apparel (chaps,
vests, etc.) Clearly, this was not the case here.
2. The Postal Inspector I spoke with noticed that the type-face of my
name & address on the outside of the envelope precisely matches the
type-face of David's name & address listed in the Bill To: block.
3. The tone of the print of both names & addresses are darker than the
rest of the printing on the invoice.
Based on what I know so far, it seems that someone - Scientologist or
some other moron wanting to play a joke - decided to set-up David by
committing this act of mail fraud. Obviously, this moron "found" a
copy of an invoice from JT's Stockroom, whited out the Bill To: and
Ship To: addresses, and typed in David Touretsky's name and address.
Also, the items on the invoice do not match the items shown in the
copies attached to the invoice.
If David wishes to pursue this matter further and would like the
letter mailed to me, he can e-mail me at with a
mailing address and I will send him the letter.

sent me. It took nearly four weeks to arrive, and at that time I
thought Barbara had moved on to other exotic ideas and it would be
prudent not to post the scans and resurrect the controversy.
Your letter was correctly addressed, marked 'Airmail' with the right
postage, and postmarked '16 August', the day you said you sent it. It
arrived on Mon 15 Sep. It should have taken 4 to 6 days. The only clue
is that the machine printed sorting code on the bottom right of the
envelope had been erased by a black marker pen. I don't know if this
code is entered manually, or by OCR equipment, but I can only assume the
letter went somewhere else first and was eventually hand sorted.
My scanner is refusing to work at present and the nearest friend with a
scanner is 20 miles north, so I have two options. See if the Wellington
Public Library has a scanner for general use, or find a copy shop who
could scan it for me. No doubt I'd get some young woman who would look
at me very strangely and wonder why I wanted pictures of dildos scanned!

You received the invoice and the two pages from the porn catalog from
Scarff, because Touretzky faxed or e-mailed it to him. Did he mail you

I never disputed that Scarff received the invoice and the attachments
and the attachments. However, I claim that I was the only one who was
originally harasses by Touretzky with the envelope and the attachment.
I was certain that the store did not send the invoice to anybody else
but Touretzky. He was the only one who had it.
His idea was to play "victim", and he was hoping that I would fall for
it and blame the Scientologists on framing Touretzky. However, Andrew,
if you will go finally to Touretzky's website and will check out the
sexual offensive and also porn content right on that site, you will
naturally come to the conclusion, that Touretzky is a porn customer
and that harassing me with the porn mailing was natural for him. He
thought I would be stupid not looking through him. He thought I would
be too embarassed to post about it. He was wrong, and in an attempt of
damage control, he faxed the invoice and the attachments to criminal
Scarff, to cover for him. And he did it, by making up a "postal
campaign" that never existed, I bet he never complained to the USPS,
he never posted any proof hereto, and the sex shop owner came forward
and said that he never talked to Scarff and that they don't have any
employee with name Adrien. How much more evidence do you need that
Scarff is a despicable liar?
There is a saying that a stupid friend can cause you more harm than an
intelligent enemy. That goes perfectly for Touretzky and Scarff.
And don't forget Touretzky. He is hanging out in the newsgroups and is
poting all the time. He still has not denied having send the envelope
to me. I would have done that right after it became public, but he
doesn't because he knows I have his DNA in the envelope.
And as far as Scarff is concerned, who continues to post the most
horrible lies, him filing false reports about me and the Touretzky
matter to Salt Lake authorities, Geocities, Yahoo and Excite and
probably others, is CRIMINAL!
I probably should give you also the advice to not choose stupid

Moreover, this is also not just about sexual harassment. It is also

So, what does it prove? That Touretzky did not send the invoice and
the porn attachments himself? If he mailed it not only to me, but also

Touretzky was the only one who had the original invoice. The store

Scarff can't be sexually harassed because he is one of the worst
sexual harasser there is. Fluffy said she did not feel harassed, but I
did. Once more, I was the target, Touretzky just mailed it out to some
more, to make stupid people believe it wasn't him.
I worked for many years in the Guardian Office and later OSA. We did
not work with such tricks, nobody around me conducted any criminal
activities. I don't hold my hand in the fire for the Scientology
infiltrators, after all, Garry Scarff claimed once to be a
Scientologist and had infiltrated OSA. In my opinion, he is capable
for anything.
If Scientologists would have targeted Touretzky, from whom would they
have received the envelope? The store mailed it only to their
customer, which is Touretzky. And why would they mail it to me and not
their many VIPs? If Kelly Preston, Catherine Bell, Anne Archer, Julia
Migenes, or any other famous female Scientologist would have received
that porn letter, it would be not just discussed in the newsgroups, it
would be national news. They would have handed the matter to their
press office and their PR employees would have told the media what a
person Touretzky is.
Anyway, Touretzky mailed him a copy of the letter, so that he can do
damage control, in case I should go public with it.
The question is not how many of such letter he mailed also to others,
the question is what Touretzky did on August 5 and 6, 2003 and where
he was.
Touretzky has porn pictures on his website, for each little kid to
see. Those people on the porn pictures use porn articles, which came
from a sex store. An
"educator", who is not ashamed to put such picture on his website, is
also not ashamed to sexually harass others with a porn letter and draw
attention towards him.
Even in case he did not mail the enevelope himself, (which I do not
believe at all) the issue is that Touretzky is a perverted person; he
is above the law, the sexually harasses with his website; he has no
respect of rights of women (see his link to the Katy Johnson
defamatory article); he is dangerous because he shows children and

postage, and postmarked '16 August', the day you said you sent it. It
arrived on Mon 15 Sep. It should have taken 4 to 6 days. The only clue
is that the machine printed sorting code on the bottom right of the
envelope had been erased by a black marker pen. I don't know if this
code is entered manually, or by OCR equipment, but I can only assume the
letter went somewhere else first and was eventually hand sorted.
My scanner is refusing to work at present and the nearest friend with a
scanner is 20 miles north, so I have two options. See if the Wellington
Public Library has a scanner for general use, or find a copy shop who
could scan it for me. No doubt I'd get some young woman who would look
at me very strangely and wonder why I wanted pictures of dildos scanned!

All three sheets have been copied on sub-standard equipment, probably a FAX

If Scientologists would have targeted Touretzky, from whom would they
have received the envelope? The store mailed it only to their
customer, which is Touretzky. And why would they mail it to me and not

Migenes, or any other famous female Scientologist would have received
that porn letter, it would be not just discussed in the newsgroups, it
would be national news. They would have handed the matter to their
press office and their PR employees would have told the media what a
person Touretzky is.
Anyway, Touretzky mailed him a copy of the letter, so that he can do
damage control, in case I should go public with it.
The question is not how many of such letter he mailed also to others,
the question is what Touretzky did on August 5 and 6, 2003 and where
he was.
Touretzky has porn pictures on his website, for each little kid to
see. Those people on the porn pictures use porn articles, which came
from a sex store. An
"educator", who is not ashamed to put such picture on his website, is
also not ashamed to sexually harass others with a porn letter and draw
attention towards him.
Even in case he did not mail the enevelope himself, (which I do not
believe at all) the issue is that Touretzky is a perverted person; he
is above the law, the sexually harasses with his website; he has no

I don't think I would be that offended. My believes are not so shaky
that something like that would bother me. By the way, did you know

I had challenged some members of an extremist group on the internet of
which Touretzky is a part but had not really paid much attention to
him. Then I received the evidence presented here, likely by Touretzky
himself as some strange form of harassment. Touretzky supports people
who sexually harass women as can be seen on his website. He also has
pornographic photographs on his website - right there for children to
see - in which he disgraces property belonging to a religion. At that
point I began to research what kind of man Touretzky is and openly
challenged him about his dangerous activities on the internet.
Why would Touretzky encourage extremists and provide instructions on
how to build explosives if he does not have some secret perverted wish
to see others blown to pieces? Why would a teacher of impressionable
students be involved in this? Most important, why does the University
knowingly allow this man to use their server to post information that
is against the law and encourages terrorism? Perhaps for the same
reason they allow Touretzky to use his office phone to order sex toys.
They obviously do not care about their students or the kind of people
who are teaching them or about what their students are being taught.
As an example here are some of the extremists Touretzky calls his
friends:
Robert Clark was arrested in 1990 for hacking into Los Alamos National
Laboratory and has posted bomb threats on the internet.
Zenon Panoussis is hosting websites containing bomb-making
instructions and was a member of the Anti-Olympic Committee which
supported bombings to sabotage the 2004 Olympics. He was arrested in
1999 for verbally assaulting a police officer.
David Rice suggested in a posting to kill members of the FBI.
Frederic Rice has threatened governmental officials over the Internet.
He also hosts a site where he gives tips on how to kill bikers.
Andreas Heldal-Lund hosts a website with a message board that contains
death threats.
Arnie Lerma is a supporter of the Neo Nazis movement founded by Willis
Carto and is on the Board of Policy of Liberty Lobby, an anti-semitic
organization founded by Carto. He is also associated with the Utopian
Anarchist Party, that promotes the overthrowing of the U.S.
government, the killing of police officers and their website teaches
how to build bombs. Lerma is close to William White, spokesperson of
UAP who was arrested and convicted of battery and carrying a concealed
weapons.
These are the people that Touretzky associates with, people who
encourage terrorism. Touretzky's website also encourages terrorism no
matter his claims of innocence and "free speech". He knows that there
are people out there that want to know how to make explosives and who
will use them against innocent victims. Even if he claims no
responsibility, he is totally responsible for whatever he puts in
people's heads and the terrible results. Same for the Carnegie Mellon
University that sponsors this man and who lets him use facilities that
are sponsored by tax payers money.
Carnegie Mellon University is playing a dangerous game allowing David
Touretzky to continue to work at their university. How can a man with
such a warped mind be allowed to shape the minds of young students?
What if one of these kids uses the bomb instructions that Touretzky
put on the web to harm others?
Do you parents want to wait to find out how tragic the result will be
and if your child will be involved?
I encourage you to start asking questions now. Call the University and
speak to the Dean of Carnegie Mellon or the President (Dr. Jared L
Cohon) or contact the Board of Trustees. Let them know how you feel

I received in the mail today a letter addressed to me from an unknown
source. It seems to be the same letter that Barbara Schwarz said she
received earlier. Inside was a photocopy of a shipping invoice listing
David Touretsky (with home address) as the one being billed. Attached
to the invoice were two photocopied pages showing various sizes of
dildos. The address to where the items were shipped is blank. It was
mailed from a post office in Northern Virginia.
From all appearances, it looks like a classic OSA-coordinated dead
agenting of David Touretsky. I know this because I was involved in
such ops against CAN members when I was working with OSA a decade ago.
I contacted JT's Stockroom in Silverlake (Los Angeles) and spoke with
a US Postal Inspector this morning about this obvious incident of mail
fraud. The USPS considers the situation serious because similar
letters have been mailed to other recepients across the U.S. In my
investigation, I found some interesting things about this letter:
1. I spoke with Adrian, the owner of JT's Stockroom who said, in a
search of his records, does not show ever billing or shipping items
from his store to Mr. Touretsky. Adrian also said that very rarely do
items get sent out where invoices do not provide a Bill To: ~ AND ~ a
Ship To: address. He said exceptions are made with local businesses
that contract with him to do custom work on leather apparel (chaps,
vests, etc.) Clearly, this was not the case here.
2. The Postal Inspector I spoke with noticed that the type-face of my
name & address on the outside of the envelope precisely matches the
type-face of David's name & address listed in the Bill To: block.
3. The tone of the print of both names & addresses are darker than the
rest of the printing on the invoice.
Based on what I know so far, it seems that someone - Scientologist or
some other moron wanting to play a joke - decided to set-up David by
committing this act of mail fraud. Obviously, this moron "found" a
copy of an invoice from JT's Stockroom, whited out the Bill To: and
Ship To: addresses, and typed in David Touretsky's name and address.
Also, the items on the invoice do not match the items shown in the
copies attached to the invoice.
If David wishes to pursue this matter further and would like the
letter mailed to me, he can e-mail me at with a
mailing address and I will send him the letter.

David Touretzky is a research scientist at Carnegie Mellon University.
He teaches some of your children. He claims to be an "educator." For

Okay, I think, that is CMU's David Touretzky himself, who contacted
Geocities and OCatch to remove my websites about him, because David
Touretzky, the alleged free speech advocate is no free speech advocate
as soon as somebody puts the truth about him on the web.
What a double moral! What a hypocite! All his activities under

To parents of students at Carnegie Mellon University
If you are the parent of a student who attends Carnegie Mellon
University, this notice is posted to help you.
David Touretzky is a research scientist at Carnegie Mellon University.
He teaches some of your children. He claims to be an "educator." For
this reason you should be made aware of the kind of person he is.
David Touretzky owns a website (hosted by the university) that
publishes instructions on how to build bombs. One of these bomb
instructions encourages people to throw these bombs into police cars.
This website is a mirror of an illegal site that was removed by the
FBI after its original creator was arrested. David Touretzky says he
created the mirror as a matter of "free speech." He claims no
responsibility for what his students or other children surfing the net
might do with these instructions. Neither does Carnegie Mellon
University. They allow Touretzky to use the University's computer
server to post this website, on your tax dollar or your tuition fees.
They also appear to have no care for its dangerous content and the
students who might feel encouraged to use them out of false admiration
for their "teacher."
This is not an innocent lack of judgment by Touretzky for, as they
say, where there is smoke there is fire, and Touretzky is involved in
other dangerous and perverted activities. In private and during his
work time he associates with extremists on the internet who attack and
harass religions and ethnic groups. Some of these extremists post
death threats against the people they harass. Touretzky regularly
associates with these people and he supports and encourages their
activities.
Touretzky has perversions that the parents of the students he teaches
should be informed about. He is a customer of sex shops and purchases
sexual implements. The invoice posted on this website as evidence of
this activity shows that Touretzky uses his University office phone
number for this sex shop to contact him. You can compare the phone
number listed in the invoice - 412 268-7561- with the phone number
listed in the university directory which goes to David Touretzky,
www.ri.cmu.edu/people/touretzky_david.htm. You can also find this
connection by searching in Google for "412 268-7561" and "Touretzky".
I had challenged some members of an extremist group on the internet of
which Touretzky is a part but had not really paid much attention to
him. Then I received the evidence presented here, likely by Touretzky
himself as some strange form of harassment. Touretzky supports people
who sexually harass women as can be seen on his website. He also has
pornographic photographs on his website - right there for children to
see - in which he disgraces property belonging to a religion. At that
point I began to research what kind of man Touretzky is and openly
challenged him about his dangerous activities on the internet.
Why would Touretzky encourage extremists and provide instructions on
how to build explosives if he does not have some secret perverted wish
to see others blown to pieces? Why would a teacher of impressionable
students be involved in this? Most important, why does the University
knowingly allow this man to use their server to post information that
is against the law and encourages terrorism? Perhaps for the same
reason they allow Touretzky to use his office phone to order sex toys.
They obviously do not care about their students or the kind of people
who are teaching them or about what their st
dents are being taught.
