I met Mohini at Gotta Hava Java on 2nd Avenue, her little sister
was already married when we met. The parents live in India. Mohini
says that she was incarcerated in Kino Hospital in Tucson Arizona,
2800 East Ajo Way, phone (502) 294-4471. Mohini's Hindu mother is
abusive to her, and when Mohini got away from her and began attending
university half way around the world in Arizona, her abusive mother
used her influence to have Mohini removed from classes and tortured by
Hindu psychiatrist Dr. Ramanath Gopalan. And this Hindu repeatedly
tried to doink Mohini, just like he had done with a patient that is
now deceased (likely she died from the drugs the Hindu psychiatrist
forced upon her). After the bout of psychiatric torture in Arizona,
Mohini returned to India, and then Mohini returned from New Delhi on
November 6th 1996 (133 days ago), and came to Saskatoon to attend
university here. Mohini says that her mom Radha is best described as
witch, interesting as my abuse tea-leaf reading mom Ruby is also best
described as a witch as well. We both have rejected our parent's
values and our parents responded by hiring Hindus to torture us. A few
days after I met Mohini she showed me the following article from a
newspaper, I'm note sure of the publication that it was in:

Arizon Doctor Is Censured
by Lynn Hudson
New York - The Arizona Board of Medical Examiners has censured and
placed on probation a Tucson psychiatrist, Dr. Ramanath Gopalan, after
his earlier admission of having sex with a terminally ill patient.
A spokesman for the board, Douglas Cerf, said yesterday the actions
came after a hearing in Phoenix on June 26th. He said that Gopalan had
admitted in a hearing in Phoenix on April 9th to two incidents of oral
sex with a 32-year-old woman patient in 1986 while he was treating her
for depression related to severe cirrhosis of the liver.
Arizona state law prohibits doctors from having sexual intimacies with
a patient in the course of direct treatment.
Admits Wrongdoing
Cerf said that in admitting to the acts at the hearing, Gopalan had
told the board, I admit it was wrong.
The patient, whom the board would not identify, died in December.
Gopalan was ordered at the April meeting to undergo psychiatric
testing and evidence from those tests was presented at the hearing in
Tucson.
Cerf said that a decree of censure, a formal disciplinary action, had
been issued against Gopolan, 36, and that he had been placed on
probation for five years. The censure was based on findings of fact,
Cerf said, and on conclusions of law. It was circulated to all states
in the country, he added.
Cerf said that he did not expect a criminal prosecution to be brought
against the psychiatrist because his patient was now deceased and any
evidence in such a case would be based on hearsay.
The board had the power to revoke Gopalan's medical license if it had
seen fit, but the censure and probation actions did not prohibit him
from practicing during the period of probation.
The board learned of the sexual incidents, Cerf said, after the
patient discussed them with a doctor at a hospital.
Cites Father's Illness
Cerf said that at the April hearing Gopalan offered as a mitigating
circumstance the fact that his father had died of cirrhosis before the
incidents and that this had affected his behavior.
Gopalan was a 1976 graduate of the Topiwala National Medical College
in Bombay, Cerf said, and had taken psychiatric training at the
University of Arizona, beginning in 1980. He was licensed as a
psychiatrist by the state of Arizona in August 1985, Cerf said.
In Tucson, Gopalan is associated with the Arizona Behavioral Medical
Associates.
Neither Gopalan nor his attorney, Charles Buri, could be reached for
comment.

Mohini says that she was incarcerated in Kino Hospital in Tucson
Arizona, and then a man who she never met named Sanford S. Berlin
(home 577-7924, work 322-4732) gave testimony in court that Mohini was
insane.
Mohini's situation is similar to my experience. In the summer of
1995 (less than a year before meeting Mohini) my Hindu psychiatrist
Dr. Thakur (her office is at 222 Ave. P South, phone 652-8777, home is
307 Mallin Crescent, phone 249-0576) downgraded me from being
schizophrenic to psychotic, and then in order for her to incarcerate
and torture me for longer than the 3 week period she needed another
psychiatrist to agree with her that I was psychotic. So along comes
Dr. K. E. Oberdieck (his office is at 104-750 Spadina Crescent East,
phone 653-4843, home is 302 Saskatchewan Crescent West, phone
652-3870, the suffixes of his two phone numbers differ by 666 plus
Thakur's 307 address), he came to my hospital room and interviewed me
for all of 5 minutes during which time I don't say a single crazy
thing to him to make him believe that I was mentally impaired in any
way. Dr. Oberdieck agreed with the Hindu's diagnosis of psychosis and
I was tortured with drugs for an additional 3 weeks. Then at the end
of the 6 week period Dr. Thakur tried to make use of the new NDP
provincial law to have me continually medicated for the rest of my
life while out of the psychiatric facilities (as opposed to period 6
week periods). I went to appeal over the matter, at the appeal Dr.
Thakur said that I was continually goink around claiming that witches
were eating children but in fact I never brought up the topic of
cannibalism once with her or anybody in the psychiatric ward for the 6
weeks that I was there, nor had I mentioned the topic in the ward for
the previous several years. Dr. Thakur lied to the appeal panel and I
told them that it was a lie, but it's not easy to defend oneself when
drugged into a stupor, and it's made more difficult as the people
seated on the appeal panel are representatives of Sunday churches who
are upset with my criticisms of their churches. I was the first person
charged under the new NDP law for permanent chemical lobotomization
and I won my appeal. Free student attorney Scott Bell represented me
and he pointed out that the forms charging me under the new law were
not filled out correctly, but Scott Bell also informed the staff that
the forms were filled out incorrectly before the hearing and by doink
so provided the psychiatrists and their staff with information that
could of been useful to them (he was supposed to be representing me
and here he was feeding information to my executioners). So both
Mohini and myself have our mothers and psychiatrists giving false
testimony against us, this false testimony is best described as
devastating... and more so when people in the community who should be
supportive are instead abusive and incompassionate. And the greater
the degree these people feel assured of their salvation, the greater
the degree is their compassionlessness and abusiveness.

I spoke to Mohini late in November 1996. Mohini grew to abhor her
Hindu background and changed her name, which I will keep private. She
can't change her name legally unless she returns to India but believed
that she would soon be dead if she had to return there. She said that
her parents continue to harass her from across the ocean, they have
changed her bank account in India into a joint account and now the
$3,000 in that account is no longer available to her. She said that
many parents in India royally doink their children and get them locked
away in mental wards, and that psychiatrists are legally killing
people... they inject high doses of drugs into the bodies of the
victims. It is tragic that Mohini escaped this persecution by coming
to Arizona and only ended up being doinked there by a Hindu
psychiatrist, what occurred to her in Arizona is shameful, it brings
shame to America. Mohini says that there are Hindus in Saskatoon that
have political clout, all they have to do is make a phone call to
India and they could make the funds in her bank account available, but
the Hindus in Saskatoon are a bunch of bastards, she says. Similarly
her Hindu relatives back in India couldn't care less about the abuse
that her parents were heaping upon her head.
I spoke to Mohini late in January 1997. She complained then that
her parents are harassing her by phoning people in Saskatoon and
saying that she is mentally ill and in need of "treatment" (my mother
can't open her God-damned mouth without telling total strangers that
her son is sick, and she continually urges authorities to have me
arrested). Mohini said that her Hindu mother in Delhi spends her life
practicing magic and casting spells on people, and added that she
faces death if she is deported back to India (my mother sits alone in
the kitchen and stares for lengthy periods at the leaves at the bottom
of her tea cup, and I face death if she can convince the authorities
to have the psychiatrists "treat" me once again).
Parents are having their children tortured in the United States and
in Canada, and it is largely over the issue of religion. But the
people calling themselves Christians consider themselves saved and so
can continue to close their hearts to those people who faced years of
psychiatric torture and continue to spend billions of dollars annually
on turning trees into decorated idols. Many psychiatrists lie in order
to obtain and maintain control over a person, and the drugs that they
administer kill people. Anyway, I criticized churches lost my summers
year after year to psychiatric torture, and you people are so cheap
and ignorant that you won't even assist me to get out of this country
for one single winter. After 7 years of psychiatric torture I am left
in a state of being eternally frantic to flee the country, and it is
made worse by God-damned police officers who refuse to pursue or
charge people that assault and rob me (yet psychiatric torture in the
U.S.A. and oppression in India made Mohini desperate to remain in
Canada). You turn trees into idols and attend phallic-capped churches,
you spend millions of dollars getting Hindus to torture me and you
think that you are saved!!! I'm sure that Mohini would have liked to
remain in Canada and partake in your filthy traditions... and doink so
would have gained her respect and favors from those Christians who
love and honor traditions in place of Jesus and His Commandments. You
people only have compassion for those people who abide by your
traditions.
Mohini had continually urged me to get a lawyer and sue the
psychiatrists, while her own life had become consumed with the idea.
But even if I had the money to buy a lawyer, I would still require
money to buy a judge. And the judges are the ones that stripped me of
my rights in the first place, instead of being allowed to state my
case in a court of law, I was instead shipped off to the psychiatric
ward at the U of S. Rather than appeal to people in courts for them to
force others to pay me reparations for torture, I instead appeal to
God to devastate crops and forests, and bring on so-called accidents.
Perhaps eventually people will wake up and see that they spent
millions having me tortured, while they spend billions on turning
trees into decorated idols, while my prayers are costing them far far
more than that. But it has become evident to the authorities that my
activities are not in violation of Canadian law, and so people call me
a pedophile in order to provoke people in the general population to
rise up and use violence to shut me up. First Freemason Don Ocean
repeatedly called me a pedophile on the usenet, then James Takayama
followed suit and called me a pedophile on the usenet day after day,
and then rather than report that Don Ocean and James Takayama were
calling me a pedophile, on September 3rd 2004 the Saskatoon
Star-Phoenix instead said that my postings were laden with pedophilia.
I begged in vain for years for assistance to flee the country, people
in the community never raised a finger in my defense all the years
that I was being repeatedly arrested and tortured, they did not care
then and they do not care now that the arrests and torture have
finally ceased. Over the years I was being arrested and tortured for
daring to say that their traditions were in opposition to God's
Commandments, and since then Saskatoon has grown to become the most
violent place in Canada. And so in this most violent place in Canada,
the media is openly calling me a pedophile, and rather than raise a
finger and assist me in any way, people in the immediate community are
poised to again spend many millions of dollars on turning trees into
decorated idols. They made me a home in a psychiatric ward and are
again poised to spend many millions of dollars decorating their homes
in blinkin' lights. All I can do is cry, and I chose to cry out to God
against you people and request that He honors Exodus 20:5 and Hosea
4:6 and terminates the lives of your children... you forget the
Commandments of God and so may God forget your children (Hosea 4:6).
Go ahead and kill me for daring to criticize your traditions, and you
will be left living in the most violent location in Canada... and you
people deserve every bit of it.
"The rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not
repent of the works of their hands nor give up worshipping demons and
idols of gold and silver and bronze and stone and wood, which cannot
either see or hear or walk... nor did they repent of their murders or
their sorceries or their immorality or their thefts." - Revelation
9:20-21.
The Bible repeatedly condemns turning trees into idols. Bowing to
the tree (via the placement and retrieval of presents at the base of
the tree) is a violation of God's First Commandment. Hanging
representations of the sun, moon and angels on the tree is a violation
of God's Second Commandment. The sun is visibly rising from the south
by December 25th, calling this pagan holiday "Christmas" is a
violation of God's Third Commandment for it is not Christ's Mass at
all but is instead a pagan mass. In my effort to get away from the
brutal cycle of psychiatric abuse, at the psychiatric appeal panel
hearings I would tell the Protestants and Catholics seated in judgment
against me that the Bible repeatedly condemns turning trees into idols
(see Deuteronomy 12:2; 1 Kings 14:23; 2 Kings 16:4, 17:10; 2
Chronicles 28:4; Isaiah 57:5; Jeremiah 2:20, 3:6, 3:13, 10:3-4, 17:2
and Ezekiel 6:13), but my words were used against me, once Dr. Gene
Marcoux heard me say this and he responded by saying that I was
religiously deluded, for everybody does it (turns trees into idols).
Hiring Hindus or Catholic or Protestant psychiatrists to torture me in
an attempt to make me shut up about your fertility symbols and other
false traditions is nothing less than a violation of God's Sixth
Commandment. Closing your hearts to me and allowing me to beg in vain
for assistance to flee the country and the horrid rounds of
psychiatric abuse is in absolute opposition to love, compassion and
anything Jesus ever stood for. As long as you people are free to offer
prayers to Mary and/or to hang posters advertising drunken parties
then you think you are free. Your reproductive strategy is to support
your parent's traditions (including their churches) in order to obtain
support from parents, relatives and employers, but God dothn't think
too highly of your attitude and will sometimes trim your branches.

If you people think you have the right to use my abusive parents as
tools to have me arrested and tortured, then I think that I have the
right to ask women to marry me, or to marry Marcia and me. I have
Scripture to support taking seven brides (Isaiah 4:1) and I have

1936 Buick Coupe - I wanted to buy a coupe, when Sam discovered
I found one at a reasonable price, he insisted that he would
take me to see it, he then drove me to see this car on 7th Street.
I think I was 17 years old, the car was about $700. Sam ordered
me in a very angry and gruff voice not to buy the car, he said
it needed king pins and that I would never find king pins for it.
Sam ordered me not to purchase it and added that he would buy me
a nice car some day

1938 Cadillac LaSalle 4 door sedan - Ruby threw away the head lights
and the tail lights, the car is rolled and already missing the
drive train, now there isn't enough left of this car to attempt to
fix. I still have this car and need parts for it. Farmer cousin
Jack never gave me a bill of sale for it, maybe he forgot about
the transaction

1940 Chevrolet 4 door sedan - no tears in the interior, gauges
intact, not rusted out, the engine needed work. Sam sold it for the
$50 I paid for it within 3 days after bringing it home (Lloyd Minion
and Brian Dent helped me get it home), I think that Sam sold it to
one of the alcoholic Saskatoon City Police officers that dropped by
daily to drink with Sam at his bar in the basement

1952 Studebaker Coupe - Ran and drivable but the water pump was
about to fail, Sam ordered me to sell it. Sam sold it to the first
person who flashed any amount of money. When there was a car that
needed to be sold, Ruby would always become very threatening and
speak in a shrill voice that I would expect to hear as a child
before she would hit me. She slapped me around pretty good on the
morning of December 25th one year, this and acts like it resulted
in me stuttering when I was around 11 or 12 years old. About this
time I did not desire to dress up and go Halloweening, and Sam
gave me a slap and ordered me to get dressed and go door to door
on my own for the sweet treats

1956 Ford 2 door Sedan - I went to Kelsey to learn motor mechanics,
I put a lot of work into the 390 V8 engine, also installed a 4
speed manual transmission, Ruby went insane in her insistence that
I sell the vehicle (new brakes and exhaust), I put it up for sale
to try to keep peace in the family, sold it for about what the
transmission was worth

1957 Ford 2 door Sedan - And what a mistake to put this car in Sam's
precious back yard, the body school at Kelsey Institute repaired
the rusted-out rocker panels, the parents insisted and insisted I
should not have this car

1958 Ford School Bus camperized with stove and 3 way fridge - In
the late 1970's (or perhaps in 1980) I drove this over to show my
parents, Ruby became ballistic and repeatedly demanded I sell it,
she would phone me up and harp about it

1965 Daimler Benz 40 Foot Bus V6 Cummins - As per Ruby's insistence
I sold the 58 Ford school bus. But then I immediately bought a
bigger bus, then year after year after year after year after year
after year after year I listened to Ruby ordering me to sell the
bus (again she would phone me up to harp at me about it, and pretty
much every time I saw her she would make it an issue). There was
never any encouragement from Sam, all my life he took away my
vehicles and always promised that he would help me get established
in life and buy me a car. But all he would do is feed steaks and
booze to the rich relatives and to any of his alcoholic friends

1970(?) VW Station Wagon - Clark Henderson's sister sold me this
VW Wagon when I worked as a Social Worker in Whitecourt Alberta in
1987, intoxicated Sam and insane Ruby came to see me in Whitecourt,
Ruby repeatedly demanded I sell the 1965 Daimler bus, Sam assaulted
me during the visit, they returned to Saskatoon and sold the Daimler
for $1000. Earlier Sam sent me $1000 when I went to school in
Montreal and finished my degree in Anthropology with Women's Studies
Classes, he used this amount to determine the selling price, sold
the bus and took the money. My job performance suffered after Sam
assaulted me and sold my bus, I lost my job in Whitecourt, this VW
broke down and I had no money to fix it

I bought a cheap Ford to leave Whitecourt and return to Saskatoon,
but during 1988 my words upset people in the community and they had
my abusive parents institutionalize me. Rather than make money to
keep this car running, I was drugged and tortured

After a few years of psychiatric torture and a few years of absence
from my parents, I renewed limited contact with them late into year
2001, for Sam was in the hospital then with a hip replacement, I
thought to go to wish him well. Sam then told me that he bought
a van, and that he never really got anything in trade for the late
1990's Crown Victoria. The contact with Sam results in contact with
Ruby, and together they took me for a drive looking around the
streets of Confederation Park to find my mother's 1984 Mustang,
Ruby sold it to some kid and so Sam drove us around in search of
the car just to point it out for me. I heard Ruby say many times
since obtaining it, that she would pass her Mustang down to her
kids. Then Sam insisted on checking my blood sugar and then
promptly stuck me with a dirty needle. Ruby said that Sam should
have used a clean-new needle
