NCCo police seek missing foster child

New Castle County Police are asking for the public's help finding a 16
year-old girl who ran away from a Wilmington foster home.
Connie Felton, whose last known address was in the 2600 block of
Tonbridge Drive in north Wilmington, was last seen by her foster family
in January of this year, said New Castle County Police spokesman Senior
Cpl. Joseph Blithe.
She has been in regular phone contact with several members of her
biological family, but she refuses to divulge her whereabouts.
Police believe Felton is still in the city and has been seen in the area
of the 3500 block of North Market Street near the Police Athletic League.
New Castle County police ask anyone with information on the girl’s
wheareabouts to contact New Castle County police Detective Jeff Shriner
at 395-7763 or visit the agency’s Web site www.nccpd.com.
