Denies civil rights of White parents; Forbids families to send children to

Our anti-White court system is at it again. New Jersey?s Supreme Court
tyranically, and predictably, is attempting to deny the right of White
parents in North Haledon to send their kids to school where they damn well
please. Burdened with higher taxes and footing the bill for the non-Whites
isn?t the only reason parents in this small borough want their children to
go to a different school. What News 12 New Jersey wouldn?t dare mention was
that European Americans naturally want their kids to be educated in a
safer, more orderly, better disciplined environment -- and are willing to
change schools whenever and wherever possible.
The court ruled that a school district may not withdraw from a regional high
school (illustrated) if doing so would "hasten racial imbalance." The court
viewed a "racial mix" as "imperative" for our children in its ruling.
While true that the parents of Black and Mestizo students from the
neighboring towns of Haledon and Prospect Park pay considerably less for
their children to attend Manchester Regional High School, it is also a fact
that the presence of Arabs, Latinos, and Blacks serves as a stimulus
towards the ongoing White flight. The referendum last September proved to
be an overwhelming victory for the White parents in North Haledon. Now they
hope to send their kids to the much better Midland Park High School.
To diversity-monger and lawyer Rodney Hara, allowing the inhabitants of
North Haledon to democratically settle the issue wasn?t ?fair? because it
gave the parents a chance to exercise their [supposed to be]
constitutionally-protected right of freedom of association. Acting as the
school board?s Politically Correct commissar, Hara reprimanded the court
for not taking the time to ?consider racial diversity? and enforce its
state policy of not permitting any school to be 100 percent White. New
Jersey?s legislative establishment echoes the same Marxist mentality as
Hara and explains that there is a ?need? for racial diversity.
I ask you, what group could possibly feel we ?need? ethnically heterogenous
populations in which to live? Could it be the four-thousand-year-old
?nation within a nation?? Is it the same dualistic tribe that has always
maintained its own separate homogeneous community, but works overtime to
deny that right to others? Perhaps this alleged chosen people?s interests
is to "diversify" -- and thereby divide and balkanize -- the host nation,
making it weaker. Interestingly, but not surprisingly, the names of our
guardians of justice that will be resolving this case are Judges Mary
Catherine Cuff, Stephen Skillman, and Michael Winkelstein.
It is this reporter?s opinion that Hara and his cohorts are aware that the
effects of taking away so-called ?racial diversity? would be nothing but
positive. Are we to assume that Hara really believes that our schools would
fall to pieces if there were no presence of non-Whites? Taking it a step
further, would our entire country simply shut down overnight if all of the
Haitians, Mexicans, Chinese, and Indians in the nation went elsewhere?
Those of you reading this know the answer to that question. The New Jersey
Supreme Court?s asinine posturing about preserving the ?school?s racial and
ethnic balance? is a euphemism for, ?If the Whites leave the school, all
hell will break loose.?
