There are two reasons why a campaign would plant questions. One, to
artificially make their candidate look good or knowledgeable about
important topics. Two, to avoid answering the tough questions that
often arise from real questioners in these town-hall style formats. We
think the Clinton campaign was attempting to do both. Hillary and her
campaign has maintained she was not aware of who the planted
questioner would be. If you believe that, you really don't know
anything at all about Hillary Clinton. Out of control campaign
staffers do not run the Clinton campaign; if there is anything going
on within her campaign, you can bet she knows all about it and
approved it. Watch the video so you can decide for yourself:

Hillary did know about the planted question. Watching the video shows
Hillary going to her notes at the podium right after being axed the Global
Warming question. Hillary had prepared notes waiting for just that very
question!

The issue is a silly, common political occurrance. It
is not unique, it isnt' relevant to anything
It doesn't even register on the "measuring" scale of
campaign crap like Bush requiring signing a "loyalty"
paper to even attend an event, appearing before only
friendly audiences (who must sign paperwork), who
aren't allowed to answer questions at all.
"Planting" questions is a way to get issues out without
wasting time with someone trying to give an entire
life-story just to get a question out.

It's more of an ongoing, 'sloppy, sloppy' political trickery coming from the
war room branch of the Clintonian machine

Yup, in Orlando in 2000, when he kicked off his campaign for office, he came
across as real, unrehearsed and sincere. Not like AlGore, the creature image
consultant Naomi Wolf made.
