Really? I know a lot of highly educated people who act in an unbecoming
way, in that case :)

....... et moi!
It would include C S LEWIS who regularly told dirty jokes!!!!
It would include Aussie Christian biker Legend Rev John Smith ... who
regularly says that Christians are more concerned with him saying the word
"*****" than about the greed and corruption in their own churches.
The most educated women I know swear more than any man I know - using all
the words in "Eskimo Nell" ... which homeschooler ave p[robably never read
What IS a swaer woird anyway? It is iusually the ORIGINAL ANGLO- SAXON WORD
and not the nice polite French or latin substitute. Like the word "*****".
This is the only word in the English language for the action except for the
outdated "swyv" ... which is USED IN CHAUCER!!!! (Should Chaucer be banned
for any homeschooled kid?)
Naughty words don't invalidate an art work or a discussion.
Prudery is not education!
I wish the ignorant homeskoolun' thugs who never discuss anything of value
about homeschooling on misc.education.home-school.christian (but like to
ban, censor and chase me away ... and talk lots about me) would swyv off!

misc.education.home-school.misc is a forum for the discussion of any
and all aspects of home-schooling: from completely unschooled and
child-directed to rigidly curriculum-based and parent-led; from tips
and experiences to meta-discussions of the nature of ideas and the
structure of society.
you should plan to use a threaded newsreader and/or kill
files before complaining about what someone else finds home-school related.
