SCHOOL SUSPENDS TWENTY STUDENTS FOR VIEWING WEB SITE
School claims site included a "threat" against a jewess student
Costa Mesa, CA school officials had no right whatsoever to suspend anyone
for simply VIEWING a web site. In fact, the site itself merely posed a
question about the jewess: "Who wants to shotgun her in the head a thousand
times?"
Asking a question on a web site does not meet the "true threat doctrine"
established by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Quite simply, the Costa Mesa School has violated the liberties of and
impugned the reputations of twenty students simply because a whiny jewess
was offended and the school is too stupid to figure out that a question
asked "in a context which does not lend itself to imminent lawlessness" can
NEVER be a threat. Public Schools - just plain stupid.

Sorry, I got too distracted by the adjacent article on Turner's
web site, the one denouncing "Gerry Fallwell" for saying
that Jews can get to heaven. Why is it that racists and
bigots cannot spell?
(or get their facts right; Jerry Falwell said no such thing)

Hal Turner and his lackeys don't care about facts. They're are very
happy to throw their full bias behind a lie if it helps them to
reinforce their ignorance.
