Object: Terrorist Hypocrisy
This is specifically about the terrorists that claim to be Muslims,
not all Muslims.
There has been much condemnation of some discrimination against all
Muslims or all Arabs by the US in their search for terrorists in our
borders or worldwide.
The Hypocrisy
The terrorists struck a civilian building (World Trade Center) on
9-11, which was not an attack against soldiers or the government but
against the common American, showing discrimination against all
Americans for the acts of a few leaders. Then, there is their attacks
on Jews worldwide for the actions of a few Jews nearby in Israel. The
clear hypocrisy is that they have for many decades (at least) engaged
in mass prejudice and acts of discrimination against Americans and
Jews for a long time but are upset about it when others act the same
towards them.

So, you're telling us that Muslim terrorists have been complaining
about discrimination?
I was not aware of that. Got some specific examples?

Unfortunately your statements make that a lie.

There has been much condemnation of some discrimination against all
Muslims or all Arabs by the US in their search for terrorists in our
borders or worldwide.

The Hypocrisy

The terrorists struck a civilian building (World Trade Center) on
9-11,

Some specific terrorists. Or possibly one can say one specific
organization of terrorists.

which was not an attack against soldiers or the government but
against the common American,

Who those terrorists consider to be at war with them (not that we
agree with their opinion)

showing discrimination against all Americans for the acts of a few leaders.

We elect those leaders. This can legitimately be used as an argument
that we approve of their acts.

Then, there is their attacks
on Jews worldwide for the actions of a few Jews nearby in Israel.

Are these the same terrorists? Probably not. You are lumping all
terrorists together.
But in point of fact, the state of Israel is entirely dependent on
world support, especially by Jews, for its continued existence.

The clear hypocrisy is that they

Who? The terrorists?

have for many decades (at least) engaged
in mass prejudice and acts of discrimination against Americans and
Jews for a long time

Very few of the terrorists have been alive for many decades.

but are upset about it when others act the same towards them.

The upset is from those who are NOT terrorists and who do NOT support
terrorism either directly or indirectly, who receive prejudice. You
are clearly NOT talking about the terrorists in this line, thus making
your initial statement a lie.

The terrorists struck a civilian building (World Trade Center) on

Some specific terrorists. Or possibly one can say one specific

which was not an attack against soldiers or the government but

Who those terrorists consider to be at war with them (not that we

Bingo. They prejudice all Americans due to the acts of a few.

"We the people" are collectively responsible for the actions of our
elected government. They view that government as supporting Israel
which they are at war with.
Or do you view a republic as a form of abdication of responsibility?
Their prejudice is justified in their eyes. Their actions based on
that prejudice are illegal. But we are not at war with Islam, but
with particular terrorists who use illegal tactics to fight us.

And beyond that, I suspect, they may well view us as
the embodiment of a modern, secular, materialist
worldview. It must look to them that some kind
of Cultural Crusade is taking place -- and it is,
even if we're not trying -- and we're seeing
a lastguard reaction to it.
The sad irony is that the people over here who
are having exactly the same reaction -- the
culture warriors of the right -- seem to be
the same people who have the least understanding
of the upheavals going on in the Middle
East.
I have sympathy for them both -- and I also wish, heartily,
that both would just go away.

Cary the spineless is a sick parody of human tragedy, a pathetic amalgam of
the worst person. COM and this forum has to offer, a combination of the
social butterfly and the terminally mundane, liberally sprinkled with bitter
memories and a large dose of a demolished sense of self-worth.

Bob. I've recently realized that those that are most abusive are the
most in need of (and the most desiring) love and forgiveness, even if
they refuse to see it. So, I'm going to change my tactic on you.
Instead of trying to reason with you (realizing that you are not
subject to objective logic, since you make up your own), I am going
to just love you and forgive you. It will be hard (I can guess what
lies ahead of me), but I will not let you use me to keep yourself from
the kingdom of God.
I'm praying for you. May you find the love and forgiveness of a
Christ that pays for your sins.

I see. You've realized that you've lost another argument, and so have
devised a new mantra to repeat in posts so as to have an answer to my
posts.
The mature thing to do is to shut up and go away, or simply to admit
that you've lost (or in this case, that you are simply a loser from
the getgo).
But you are choosing the 5-year-old's tactic of sticking your fingers
in your ears and running around shouting "I can't hear you" at the top
of your lungs.
just a hint .... Naah, I'll save it for the next manifestation of your
mantra that I read.
