Object: The Cycle of Society and Man
Follow the stages of society:
First, we started with the "mother church" that helped us with
standards, when we didn't know what we needed.
Then, we struck out in the pre-teen Renaissance of self-exploration
and experience.
This led us to the teenage Enlightenment, where we thought we knew
everything, and the world revolved around ourselves.
Then, we found we didn't know everything (the world is a big place)
and found life a very confusing process. Instead of finding answers,
we only found more questions. Instead of finding truth, we only found
anarchy (whose way is right). And, we sought for fixed standards and
answers to live by.
This led us to the Reformation of society and self, returning back to
the parents (the faith) we thought we knew better than, like every
person does, eventually...especially as they get their own kids.
All of society and individuals follow this path (both in the process
of human development and society formation). Are you stuck on one
level of it, or have you reached maturity?
