The Delphi Technique |
Recently, a fascinating item on The Delphi Technique was posted at:

Delphi Technique and the promotion of an "us" vs "them" mentality among
the citizens of a community, dissenting voices are identifed,
marginalized and discredited and the (often hidden) agendas of various
groups and controlling individuals promoted.>>
I had never heard of this Technique, but it is a perfect description of
what I have been witnessing for more than 15 years.

If you've ever been on a school committee, or attended an in-service
designed to talk about some new project, and you wound up with a vague
feeling that something wasn't quite fair -- you may have been Delphi'ed!
