He said that you were playing games
But I and you both know better:
Through passion heart on life makes claim
And makes the truth of spirit matter
He said that you were playing games,
But I know wicked game he's playing
Which racket without stop or shame
The people played for three millenia:
Of treating you most terribly
Until, in anguish, you be tempted
Or broken; which would prove the lie
That women are to be mistreated -
He said that you were playing games
But I'm not playing; I am willing
To love you and you to defend
Until he stops, or else he kills me.
Let's play this game, this game of life,
Let's play this game while we're still here:
Love cuts like spear - like a knife -
And by it overcome is fear
Let's play, sweet love! In air and sun
And by the ocean iridescent:
You're strong and beautiful and young
And your soul shimmers incandescent
And when the people can espy
This game of love - this game of beauty -
Let their spirits also fly
And see all rackets stand refuted.
Ilya Shambat.

Of him, no poems do I write!
"Gather my thoughts
like flowers o'er the fields
Arrange them in colors
the colors of my moods
Listener to stories
circling like clouds
Once they were tear drops
now they are oceans
Now they are drifting tides
to the moons of my soul"
Oh, the miseries of his foolish plight
to think within me He find that fight
My soul is weary of the fool's want of the game
So to that musing, I say: Checkmate
He is frozen in time and afraid to move
With a self-created house of misfits
What folly is this!
But with you, I share a kiss

The Veil is Lifted!
If Archimedes could destroy a fleet with mirrors, what could one
carefully placed mirror do here?
The veil of secrecy is lifted, today! No more secrecy is owed, and it
should never have been!
A prodigal son speaks of others games, as he mocks the brother still in
his father's fold. He speaks evil to his dying father and calls it
tough love! And when rebuked, cares not.
He locks his sister away because he doesn't care for what she says.
Only his truth is absolute! The only one not mentioned is his mother:
Is this where the root of the lie about women must be mistreated began?
He stalks the internet for 11 years looking for people to help? Why?
His claim of ability lies in his own make believe world. His story (he
feeds them), talks of an epiphany that a man called Rainbow gave him to
help others 5 years ago.
He speaks to me of his physical agony, but tells others in his Group
that it is a weakness of their minds that they let themselves feel so.
He absentmindedly e-mails me, and forgets to delete the last line to
one of his moderators which says: "Check on such-and-such, he has
some kind of problem. I don't care!"
And what does the sage leave us for posterity. A littered landscape of
malls. Not the malls of Roman or the Middle East. These are the press
board kind, that sell the pop culture crap others believe they can
thrive upon.
And then he tells others who care for me that "I" play games! Tell
this "Truth" and watch the press board fortress collapse.

Forsooth! Beware! For such wordage does a dictionary make. Full
of sense but no meaning.

Hey! That's not iambic pentameter!
(Neither was the original Shakespeare, but, oh well)

There was a young man from Bengal
Who went to a fancy dress ball
He thought t'would be fun
to go dressed as a bun
but a dog ate him up in the hall.
