Assuming you are literate, I would reccommend reading the Abhidhamma.
At the very least, type "the four noble truths" into the google search
bar,
and hopefully you'll get some good hits.

I think the best thing to do is follow our instincts because our brains
tell us life has no meaning. You should try to do things to get your
genes into the next generation. Or maybe just kill yourself. I honestly
dont think it make any difference. Life isnt painful but it also is not
pleasant.

Deny your awareness of it. It might catch up with you, but as I look
out my window on the city, I think the odds are in favor of it not
catching up with you. Pretend you know, pretend you are sure. Pretend
you have chosen the right experts and do not doubt them. Listen to
experts and quote them in times that seem to be verging on confusion.
If someone points out contradictions in your behavior or philsophy or
between the two, get irritated and act like they are being unseemly.
This seems to work for most people.

Don't absorb too much information - most of it is useless: People get
worried about things that happen at different continents and that will

I would add,
Develop an attitude of gratitude.
If you are not grateful for what you already have, the you are not yet ready
for the greater gifts.
