Okay, Solar Gets Cost-Effective, Next: Refine Alternative Car Fuel |
I recall this Chinese entrepeneur's solar story was previously posted
here by me, though redundancy couldn't

What has this got to do with philosophy
Well, let's see... uh....
irak, yes the bottomline imho is/was in great part the semi- barbaric
mideast's oil
greenhouse, but nobody really knows if warming can be lessened--for
instance, what about a few volcanoes erupting no matter what, or if
gigantic astroids land in siberia and disneyland
via oil profit funding of new dark age by brainwashed/conditioned or
sociopathic terrorism aka absurd fanaticism
thus, it may be too late, anyhow, so nevermind

It's probably too late to get CO2 down to "pristine" levels but it
isn't too late to deal with global warming. Every 6 months I hear
about _another_ easy cheap way to cool the biosphere.
The real problem is getting a liquid fuel and last week some chemical
engineer claimed he solved _that_ problem.
He would add H2 to biomass. The energy was coming from the H2 and the
carbon would only "go along for the ride" [make the fuel an easy to
handle liquid].
