Greta loves me to rub my thumb on her glabella.
When I get a headache, Patti massages my glabella.
Squinting hard is good exercise. I open my eyes
WIDE on a long in-breath and squint my eyes HARD
on a long out-breath. There are many cool things you
can do with your breath, and you can't do anything
without your breath.

brainstem).
eventually there will be no breathing at all
