with the quantum mechanics, we can't determine the momentum and the location of
a particle at the same time...however is it possible that because of our
scientific limitations we're not able to do so, but in the future we might?
Also, the causes of direction of particles might not be known to us now,
because they are too vague and cannot be traced using our current technology??

No, uncertainty is not a practical limitation of experimental technique.
Also ,the indeterminism of the collapse of the wave function / state vector
is a separate issue to the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle.
Also, the causes of direction of particles might not be known to us now,
because they are too vague and cannot be traced using our current technology??
