18 Days & Counting... |
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
WITH JUST TWO WEEKS four days to go until the November
election, it is becoming lucidly apparent that the burning
tensions between the Republicans and the Democrats are
reaching the breaking point, and are now boiling over into
crime and violence, and is bordering on murder and all-out
civil war if left unchecked. Fortunately for us patriotic
Americans, the moderate, compassionate and conservative base
of our great nation is manning the helm of our American
intelligence, law enforcement and military agencies which are
vigorously protecting our country from enemies both foreign
and domestic, thus preserving the Union for us and posterity.
This nation is so sharply divided as to be on the brink of
disaster. Like the bible says, a nation divided cannot stand.
The intensely-rabid vitriol spewing forth from the
foaming-at-the-mouth democrat-anarchists has been building
ever since Al Gore was narrowly defeated in 2000--more at
roundly disenfranchised by the appointment of George W. Bush
to the coveted Oval Office in lieu of the tainted election.
Thank God for that! President Bush 43 has turned out to be a
very patriotic, benevolent and trustworthy president. We know
where he stands on every issue. And we know that he would
NEVER capitulate or acquiesce under pressure from
anti-American entities both here and abroad. Rather, much
thanks to the strong leadership of President GW Bush and his
administration, we are taking the fight to the enemy! This
means also taking the fight to Anti-Americans here in the
United States. These enemies include all violent criminals,
and those who seek to disrupt the election process,
particularly those on the far-left, and the Al-Qaeda "sleeper
cells" who are believed to be here in the United States and
ready to attack like they did in Madrid, but this time using
far more powerful and lethal weapons of mass destruction.
Now, the collectively-insane bitterness and sadistic-hatred
against the President and our Republican party in general
(which is rooted in the left-wingers' hatred of our LORD and
Saviour Jesus Christ) is escalating towards a very dangerous
threshold as election day approaches. I am absolutely certain
that those who are in charge of defending and protecting these
United States of America, of whom President GW Bush is our
foremost commander-in-chief, against enemy aggressors both
foreign and domestic, I'm sure that they would NEVER allow a
treasonous anti-American radical extremist like Hanoi John
Kerry to compromise our national security ever again, most
especially not from the most powerful office in the world!
John Kerry made Vietnam the centerpiece of his campaign.
Vietnam veterans, especially those who were captured, held
prisoner and tortured in North Vietnam, plus swift boat vets,
et al, they all recognize in no uncertain terms that if John
Kerry were elected president, then the first thing he'd do
upon being inaugurated would be to turn his back on our brave
men and women serving in harm's way. Kerry would immediately
call HIS commander-in-chief Jacques Chirac to get his marching
orders on how to unconditionally surrender our United States
military, legislative, judicial and executive authority and
sovereignty over to the U.N., and Kerry would surely restore
the brutal dictator Saddam Hussein to power in Iraq.
If John Kerry were president, then heterosexual marriage might
well be banned, and homosexual marriage and poligamy could be
legalized nationwide. Also, pedophilia might be legalized,
Judeo-Xianity might be outlawed, and powerful pharmaceuticals
(be they legal or illegal) and hardcore pornography could
become the main subjects taught and openly practiced in our
schools from the elementary grades upward, err, downward
towards the Abyssal of Tartaros. The United States would
rapidly fall into chaos and would be utterly ruined if John
Kerry were elected president, and everybody, every sane and
reasonably-informed person on the planet that is, knows it.
I'm wholly confident in our executive and military authorities
that under NO circumstances whatsoever will Hanoi John Kerry
ever be allowed to become President of these United States of
America! Of course, if Al-Qaeda should attack us with WMDs by
or before election-day, then there'll be no election, and
therefore President George W. Bush shall remain our great
commander-in-chief for the foreseeable future, verily our
benevolent dictator, God-willing, until such time as the
election process can be restored and new elections held.
I DO have one word of advice for you Democrats. Next time you
nominate your candidate for president, then be sure to pick
someone who is VIABLE, meaning someone who didn't betray his
fellow soldiers in combat and then go out of his way to go on
record as having done so. Furthermore, pick somebody whose
voting record has been prolific, moderate and bipartisan, and
who isn't likely to surrender our sovereignty over to the U.N.
and hostile Anti-American criminals like Jacques Chirac, and
Kofi Annan & Co.
John Kerry will NEVER become President of the United States!
Even if he were elected, he'd NEVER be allowed to sit in the
Oval Office and utterly surrender America over to the enemy.
Mark my word, Hanoi John Kerry will NEVER become President.
Very Truly Yours,
Daniel Joseph Min

BWAAHHHhahahahahahahahaahh. Bush invented a lie (that Saddam has WMD and
the US of Assholes is in imminent danger), broadcasted the lie to the nation
and attacked. Later, after his intentional lie was exposed, Bush said he
would do it again. Chirac and Annan advised against an attack. And you
think Chirac and Annan are hostile. ROFLMAO. You pathetic imbecile. But
what can one expect from a creature that believes inanimate objects millions
of miles away determine our destiny. Your mother must have drank
excessively while she carried you. You couldn't make a reasonable
prediction of how many socks a one legged man puts on in the morning.
Keep up the good work you brain dead dolt. You're the Republican party's
worst enemy and I would not be a bit surprised if Bush has you shipped off
to Guantanamo Bay.

Yep, democracy, law and order and the electoral process mean nothing to you.
But what can one expect from an ***** who can't even follow the rules on
the Internet and post in appropriate newsgroups, an idiot who advises carpet
bombing the entire Middle East with nukes thereby creating enough fallout to
kill half of the rest of the world. Face it, you're a loser. You could

I'm posting this message a little earlier in the day than usual
in order to remind readers to tune into FOXNEWS tonight at 9 PM
or 12 Midnight Eastern Time (UT -5:00) to watch "Breaking Point",
with the latest news on the United Nation's Oil-for-Food Scandal.
If you can't watch it tonight, then record it on DVR, DVD or tape
it and watch it later. It proves at the very least that Hanoi John
Kerry's boss Jacques Chirac, Kofi Annan & Co. have been and continue
to actively support radical Islamic terrorists, and are therefore
enemies of the United States who should be aggressively interrogated,
publically executed, and replaced with trustworthy Pro-Americans
before we are forced to declare war on France and dismantle the UN
by force. Don't think it can't happen. Our enemies must be killed.
WE ARE AT WAR! We need to stop fighting with pea-shooters and
start blasting our enemies with powerful nuclear or top-secret
weapons of mass destruction. We need to put the whole world on
notice: Any nation which continues to behave in a hostile manner
against the United States will be blown to kingdom come if they
don't cease and desist from their dangerous path into World War.
America SHALL prevail. Whatever it takes, that we SHALL do. And
you can take it to the bank that Hanoi John Kerry will *NEVER* be
allowed to become President of these United States. Kerry BETRAYED
US troops in wartime (well, "police action", it was war nonetheless)
and every registered voter in the country is going to hear all about
Hanoi John Kerry's unforgivable treason between now and election day.
Rest assured, once the scathing documentary "Stolen Honor: Wounds
That Never Heal" (ref. http://www.stolenhonor.com) airs on all of
Sinclair's television stations beginning on or about October 21st
(just a few days away at this writing), and every news organization
and talk show in the country begins talking about Hanoi John Kerry
24 hours a day, then it will become clear to all patriotic Americans
that Kerry is unfit to command the most powerful nation on Earth.
John Kerry is the ENEMY of the United States, and he is on record
as having brazenly betrayed his fellow soldiers during the Vietnam
War. John Kerry is _UNPATRIOTIC_ as the record irrefutably proves!
America is in an all-out civil war between patriotic Republicans
vs. unpatriotic Democrats. Right now it's being fought in the media
and by activists defacing signs promoting either candidate on both
sides of the political aisle. I suspect that once Kerry's horrible
unpatriotism becomes front page news across this great land, then
violence between Republicans and Democrats is certain to escalate.
That means we Republicans should be well-armed, keep plenty of ammo
on hand, and be ready to stand forth if our nation calls us up for
duty. It happened in 1861, and it may happen again in 2004 if Kerry
isn't stopped from threatening to surrender America over to foreign
powers as he would surely do if allowed to become president. That's
why I am confident that the present administration and our federal
government in general will do EVERYTHING it takes to prevent John
Kerry from ever seizing power and selling America down the river.
Made in America,
Daniel Joseph Min

It was in the regulations. Anyone who got 3 Purple Hearts was
sent out of the combat zone. It was not optional.
It was not his choice, and your imputation of wavering, in this
case, to a man who served above and beyond the call is
incorrect. Try again if you wish to say nasties about Kerry.

Negative. They weren't *required* to leave. It was an *OPTION* in the
regulation, not mandatory. Needless to say, other people actually bled for the
purple hearts they got..

Optional? I've heard otherwise from two vets who were in Viet
Nam and got 3 Purple Hearts. Well, one got four, but that was
because the evac helo he was riding to an aide station on was
fired on, and he got shrapnel from that event as well.
According to them, the orders were cut automatically. It might
be that folks volunteered to return; is that what you mean?

I did some research on that regulation, and here is what I turned up after a
cursory internet search.
After receiving a Purple Heart for the March 13 scratch and bruise, Kerry sought
an early pass out of combat duty, invoking the informal Navy "instruction" known
as 1300.39.
According to the Boston Globe, 1300.39 meant an officer could *request* a
reassignment from his superior officer after receiving three Purple Hearts. The
instruction states that, rather than being *automatic*, the reassignment would
"be determined after consideration of his physical classification for duty and
on an individual basis."
Of the 138 servicemen and officers in Kerry's unit who received Purple Hearts
during the time he was there, records indicate only two received more than two.
These were Lt.(jg) Jim Galvin and a boatswain's mate named Stevens. When Insight
reached Galvin he said all three of his Purple Hearts were the result of
shrapnel or glass shards. Such minor injuries were common on PCF boats with
their glass windows and thin metal hulls, and, like Kerry's, Galvin's injuries
were not serious enough to take him out of combat for more than a few days.

Thanks for that. I wonder if the regulation is different for
enlisted.
Again, though, I can't fault a man who was getting shot at, and
who received awards for conduct above and beyond the call of duty.
If you spend time reading, for instance, service records of
officers and enlisted personnel from WWII, you will see that
honorable people in the military service during time of war have
the same range of concerns and desires as anyone else. Few
records read heroically throughout, being laced with petty
issues that a whitewash would remove.
We will have to agree to disagree here.

or not. Even considering that one of them (at least) was a result of
his own actions, not enemy fire.
How long did you serve in a combat zone? How many times were
you exposed to fire from the enemy, or even 'blue on blue'?
Well I was in Turkey for a year during the first one.. how about you?
And what does that have to do with the price of tea in china?

Many folks who have been criticizing Kerry for his war record
have never served at all, much less overseas, still less
in-country during a war, and _still_ less in combat. I have no
respect at all for those who, never having served at all, or
having served so as to avoid combat, voice criticisms of the
service of those who did serve on the sharp end. That's why I
don't criticize the service of those who did put their lives on
the line in combat.
I honor your service, and respect your views. I do, however,
disagree wholeheartedly with your conclusion. Ain't it grand to
live in a country where we can disagree?

As for myself and the other veterans I know, most (on both sides of the
political fence) are critical of Kerry not for his war record but for his
flaunting of it.

I can understand and respect that. However, the Republicans
were obviously going to hammer at his post-Viet Nam protests,
and part of that would have been (as we have seen) criticism of
his service record. Instead of having the other side frame the
discussion on this issue, Kerry, correctly I think from the
political POV, framed it himself. Otherwise, he would have been
playing catch-up from the get-go; and we've seen how well that
works.
IMNSHO, we have had enough Democratic presidential candidates
who tried to take the high road, and lost to Republican amoral
dirty tricks and stridency. Clinton won, twice (and would
probably have won again in 2000 if that pesky constitutional
amendment weren't in the way :-)) largely because he didn't wait
to be defined by the Republicans, but defined himself and the
issues clearly.
In any case, we should have a pretty good idea who won by
November 3, and all this will go away--or at least into
appropriate groups.

Yeah, GWB hurt himself getting a stitch in his side running as far away from

That makes two draft dodgers in a row, don't want to break the streak with
someone who saw combat and was decorated for it?

You ever actually fly the kind of aircraft Bush did? Safe? <shakes head> at
least Bush served or are you saying that everyone in the Guard is a cowardly
*****? If Bush had wanted to avoid it, he could have just did what Clinton
did.. dodged the draft. After all, with all the pull they say his dad had, he
could have easily avoided any contact with the military.
Nice opinion you have of the guys in the guard who protect this country.

Back then the Guard was a way out of going to Nam. Nowadays you're just as
likely to see combat in the Guard or Reserves as in the regular service.
Just the facts Ma'am

GWB could have signed up with the regular Air Force or Navy to fly. Why
did he chose the Guard? You keep dodging the question because "You can't

with Bush.. lets try again, how often do you stop by Guard veteran reunions with
signs saying they all dodged the draft?

The part about Kerry banning heterosexual marriage was priceless!
