649 dedanoe's wired number |
regarding dedanoe's rootless criterion for primality at:
http://dedanoe.tripod.com/primality/index.pdf
begin
649=26^2-5^2-1-1 potentially prime
649=27^2-8^2-4^2 potentially prime
649=28^2-11^2-3^2-2^2-1=11(70-11) definitly composite
end.
Q: in A=Trunc(Sqrt(N))+M which M concludes the criterion?

Depends on N. And it can get very large. That method is not better
than Fermat's method to factorise numbers. And factorisation is
much, much slower than prime proving.
