Object: A Funny Guy Walked onto Einstein's Train One Day.
A new pHd got onto the train one day and brought along a slow light
detector system. A basic cause to the quanata was the next d effect
of interference. Meaning the act of d or the difference bewteen where
it should be and it is truly gonna be on an interference screen.
A quanta only becomes transmitted until the d appears.
Everybody on the train said, "Will it speed up or slow down?"
And the PHD replies: "YOU mean it has to decide?"
And the guy in the corner next ot the light that hits, said: "Believe
me, They didn't tell me I was to be in the damn alive/dead seat."
"wait!", the new pHd said.
A certain person remind the train entrantes of the sigh at the door,
"All experiments are seat assigned."
"Wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" said the new phd.
Moral: Know the train tracks before you get on the train. He died
immediaty the second the expermental seat acts. A quanta can
litterally be destroyed! As it interferes. Scarey but true.

moved! Exceeding the Uncertainty by frame relative motion, while
quanta are in flight Destroys light.
So given group phase vlocity calculate the frame motion.
UNcertainty*V<=Uncertainty*GroupV as the law or destruction happens.
A small uncertainty can cause slow light experimental anomlay.
For real slow light, GroupV=1.5c
Making a probability caused by detector motion, 1z.
Note: There is enough in five transform to answer. A real risk is
intentional weapons using cold light.
