I can't find the meaning I thought "Charmin" had. Turns out
this is actually some brand name for toilet paper! When I
responded to your post like that I was under the impression
that Charmin is some term in nuclear weapons lingo for
perhaps a paste or dust that covers everything after
detonations and cool off period, etc. Hence my reaction.
Still I cannot fully rule out some limited application nuke
work term that goes as "Charmin". But I'll give you the
benefit of the doubt. Sorry.
Hitler would have no toilet paper business in mind in his
schemes for the occupied countries.
